Dr. Klein is by far the best Doctor, very professional answered all my questions and concern. I recommend everyone that has vision problems to visit.

Dr. Klein is great!! he took his time to explain my Moms condition and treatment. His girls were able to explained my mom in Spanish and treated her with patience, care, and respect.

Very unorganized staff, long wait inside the office, no one ever knows whats going on.

I was really disappointed with reception. After one hour waiting they told me that my appointment is not today. When I made my appointment they clearly told me that it is today at 9 am. Just before me another poor elderly man was turned away with same reason, he also waited there for a while. Clearly receptionist doesnt do their work properly with scheduling and processing patients list. Sadly I havent even able to see the doctor. Not planning to come back to that office.

Expectations from Staff are very high in a medical field, but I’m this office staff needs to work on their attitude, all of them. Otherwise doctors are really kind and they should be aware of how their staff treat their patients, it’s not fair that doctor’s loose patients because of their staff.

I flew in from California to visit Dr. Klein for eye surgery. Dr Klein worked with my schedule since I was only there for a week. He removed a pinguecula from both eyes. The surgery was quick and my eyes felt better within a week. 2 months later, all the redness in my eyes has cleared. My eyes look and feel so much better. The results were everything I could have hoped for! Thank you so much Dr. Klein and I will definitely be back for any future eye issues.

Ill definitely come back to Dr. Shaw Klein, he answered all my questions, made sure I understand what he was explaining to me and gave me confidence to make the correct decision about the procedure that my grandmother needed. By the way I loved the way his staff treated my grandmother, she cooperated 100% during the examination since his girls were able to talk to her in Spanish.

I called the office today to try and schedule my three year old for an exam as a second opinion before doing eye surgery. I waited on hold for five minutes which should have been a red flag then once the the uniformed receptionist answered and I asked about scheduling an appointment she told me I would need a referral. I’ve had the same insurance for twelve years and have never once needed a referral when I asked why I would need one if my insurance doesn’t require one she said she didn’t know and would get back to me tomorrow. Clearly this isn’t the office for me the wait time for the calls to be answered a way to long only to be told I don’t know. I can only imagine what the office experience would be like.

I have never written a doctor review before, but i felt compelled to praise Dr. Shawn Klein. He is an incredibly skilled professional doctor who I would highly recommend. He is both caring and careful, two attributes you want in an eye doctor. His office is immaculate and staff seem really happy to work for him. I will never go anywhere else!

Dr. Klein performs an extremely thorough eye exam and takes a lot of time to offer an explanation and to answer my questions. He is a very kind, patient doctor and he is completely trustworthy. His staff is efficient and friendly and the office is clean and offers a pleasant atmosphere.

Cant say enough good things about Dr. Klein and his entire office staff. In addition to being a patient myself, I take my 3 sons and they are so accommodating and pleasant each and every time we visit. Dr. Klein did lasik surgery on both of my eyes in 2006 and my eyes have been perfect ever since!! Been a patient for over 11 years and would never ever go anywhere else!!!

Dr. Klein was extremely thorough in his explanation of everything, which was very important to me. He took the time to answer all questions I had and the staff all went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful. Could not recommend Dr. Klein enough!

I must say the staff is rude. Its so sad, the doctors are great but they have horrible client service. They dont believe patient first they rather argue than try to resolve the problem.

Took my daughter for and eye exam but I felt uneasy for the doctor not giving any explanation for the exam. Very fast and simple . So I decided to take my daughter for a second opinion and they have her checked and explained few concerns about my her eye condition .. very different prescription awful services too many people not good doctors be aware!!

After many and wasted visits to other ophthalmologist, where in my condition was misdiagnosed, Dr. Shawn Klein was able to correctly diagnose and treat my problem. Thank you Dr. Klein
