Dr. Lontai truly cares not only helping his patients recuperate from whatever ailment they go into the office for, but also about the overall health and longevity of the patient.

Very disappointed. I have been coming here for little over a year and initially I thought this doctor was great, boy was I wrong. The staff in the front desk are always nasty. The doctor pretty much shuts down any concerns you have. Im annoyed. I have called twice this week for my results and both times the front desk was rude.

Amazing Dr and staff. Im adding my review because I was surprised to see any bad comments for Dr Lontai. Been going to him for over 4 years and he has always been supportive of my concerns. The front staff are the kindest and friendliest people. I have the worst insurance and they always work hard to ensure everything I need gets approved. No wait time ever in the office and he takes walk ins. He is more of an old school doctor which I love because he keeps it more personal & doesnt see me as just more $$ & kicbacks from major pharma co.s by putting me on medication I dont need. He has real integrity which is tough to find these days. He keeps your treatment simple but effective and doesnt put new fancy medical terms to every minor itch, scratch or boo-boo but he really really cares about his patients and has always ensured my healthcare needs are met. That being said, patients go to Drs for all their health care needs because theyre trained and experienced. Arent the patients supposed to just present their symptoms to the Dr and let the expert investigate and give a final diagnosis? I feel they should. So I do take real issue with patients who freak out over every tiny new skin mark and the smallest of issues (a week of headaches), use the internet to self diagnosed themselves, then run right to their Dr for help, only to tell him hes wrong in his professional opinion because the internet says it could be one of 20 things and 5 tests are needed to see which one it is. Really? Then why did you even going to the Drs, if you had all the answers already? This is why healthcare is so expensive & many families with real serious ailments go without. Yeah, got a few headaches this week, so lets hurry up and run a $3000 or so MRI machine for a full brain scan. I get headaches practically everyday. Just put on your big girl pants, take a couple Advil and power through it. But if they do persists or get worse, then it makes better sense to go back to the Dr for a deeper look. Moreover, I really really take issue when a patient and a Dr (customer/servicer, etc.) do have a difference in opinion and when a patient doesnt get it all their way they throw a temper tantrum and find it appropriate to get revenge. So, while sitting so bravely behind a computer, they get real vengeful in bad mouthing a good Dr to the entire world, which, they themselves actually liked up until the disagreement. Ultimately in an attempt to hurt or ruin their good name which can seriously affect their livelihood. What if Dr Lontai God Forbid has a sick relative he cares for and looses patients because of your comments and can no longer care for them or even so he has ti miss a few bills payments. Think people, thats a terrible thing to do to someone, anyone. Especially considering you were able to find a new Dr, got the tests, the care and everything you needed. How is that fair? There wasnt any better way to handle the situation like an adult. Speak with the Dr directly and then change Dr and move on. Why a public dig? Its just not right nor kind. So, I say grow up bad commenters and own your part in the disagreement.Dr Lontai is an excellent Dr, hes well educated and if the symptoms presented fit an ailments he WILL address it and ensure youre tested accordingly.

I can start by saying i was going to this place for over 5years.yes not anymore because apparantley patients have no opinions on their body health, and reception lady has a big smart mouth. Maybe because i been going there for so long that they thought they could treat me like that!?Also doctor lontain spoke nasty to me after i had just made a simple question and his answer was maybr you should go to medical school and bring me your degree! Not the first time he told me this....So my own concerns dont count? Who would still go to this doctor. Also i had some issues that i was concerned and he never paid attention to them. Like i have headaches that lasted for a weekand he kept saying that it was because i was overweight and or stress was the cause?. Went to metro doctor less then a block from here, and the doctor was actually concerned and sent me an MRI of my head and result was that i have demyelien desease, which is any disease of the nervous system in which the myelin sheath of neurons is damaged. This damage impairs the conduction of signals in the affected nerves. So i researched it and i didnt have to go to medical school to inform myself about my current situation.
