Great bedside manner. Busy office and staff is nice and informative.

I Used to see Benalcazar before he even moved to this office and I followed him over he was always a very caring man with great bed side manners. I moved about 6 years ago and was using a Dr in the town I had moved . BIG mistake . I am making my way back to Benalcazar. Only problem Im seeming to have now is getting anyone on the phone. But the holidays just past and to some today is technically a holiday (New years Day) so that maybe why. Anyway I cant say much about the reception people but Luis Benalcazar is a great man and Dr.

Worst place to go.Do not make appointments at this place.Staff is rude and incompetent, special the office manager that has no competence to talk to patients.You have to schedule appointments and them they may you wait for 3 hours. Very disorganized . They don’t care for the patients needs. If you complain, they treat you without respect and talk to you as you are their inferior. Discrimination Is noticeable.I’ m considering a serious complaint ,as they mistreated me to the point of being to the berg of an anxiety attack.

Horrible I do not recommend this office, the personal is rude and have no empaty at all, I was a patient of Dr Benalcazar and he discontinue all medication and gave me a calcium blocker for high blood presure medication an ramdomly had my blood presure high I call the office and told them my blood was highif should I increase the dose they said were going to ask the doctor and call me back, that never happened, three days after I called again saying my blood presure still high and was very high, the assistant told me I cant help you the doctor is not at the office, I explain the situation again and she said I dont know what to tell you. They dont care about patients health and goodness. I ended up in the hospital, the medication he gave me for high blood presure interfere with the one for cholesterol and damage my stomach.
