Especially non-chalant about the results of my stress test. Didnt explain anything about the test or what was seen. Youd think that being told that youre ok would be good and it should but still there was no ease or comfort. Wont be going back, he and his staff are severely lacking. Will be finding a new doctor.

I was extremely disappointed in the level of care provided at this facility. As another healthcare professional, I have high expectations for how all patients should be treated when they step into any treatment room because there aren’t many people who come to a doctor’s office with nothing wrong. These expectations were not met. Maybe it was the lack of affect, empathy, warmth and interpersonal skills from most of the staff. It could have been the 55-minute wait or the fact that the first thing the doctor said to me after ignoring me for three minutes when Dr. Theresa finally came into the room was, “How can I help you?” (with no smile and no introduction despite it being my first visit). I can say I appreciate the speed of setting up my appointment by the front desk staff as well as the MD calling two other medical professionals regarding additional testing in the future. This place has potential to be so much greater and I hope that they can get some training on treating every person who walks into their door like a family member.

I have been a patient at this office for years and Im done. The average wait time is over an hour - closer to an hour and a half. Every time I have been here since 2013 I have spent 2 hours for simple check ups etc. Dr Theresa is great - but they double book appointments and she takes patient calls while in with patients. Its rude especially when youve been waiting for an hour and a half. The staff does not follow up consistently with blood work or results. I can find a better physician with a better office and better scheduling practices. The office was remodeled in 2016 - but patient rooms are still falling apart and old windows etc make you wonder how sanitary the rooms are where even minor procedures are being done. The location is convenient for people in the elizabeth area - but the quality of care isnt worth it anymore

Very rude doctor and staff. Dr Theresa Cholankeril doesnt explain much and she is very condescending. Wait times are ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all.

The staff over the phone is very nasty rude very unprofessional ignorant and all if the staff is nasty over the phone I wonder what the doctor is like .

Very rude workers on the phone and I don’t recommend anybody to visit this place.
