Hello! Im new to the area and I needed a dentist asap! (Cracked tooth) . Rene Osuala came to the rescue, not only did he squeeze me in that same day, but the work time and effort he put in on fixing my tooth was worth the wait. Im an inpatient person, (bad habit if mine) but if you want things done the right way, patience is key. Dr. Osuala and his awesome staff were amazing and the sweetest. I can say I found my permanent dentist!

I had a wonderful experience when coming to this dentist office. It was my first time seeing one in many many years. When I first arrived to the office I had to fill out some routine forms, but I was pleasantly surprised with how swiftly they were able to see me (considering I was a walk-in and not an appointment). The assistants/hygienists were all really kind and had great personalities. The doctor himself was also very kind and incredibly informative during my visit. They spoke to me about all my options, and were transparent about costs and so on. I enjoyed my experience, and am grateful to have stumbled upon this practice.

Dr Osula is the best. My kids love him and he is very patient and understanding and describes everything well. The wait time and front desk scheduling could use some work. But I love this dentist and plan on staying here for a long time. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr.Osuala and his staff are the best, I have my smile back after 20 years, my teeth feel as if I was born with them I couldnt be happier. The Dr.is the ultimate professional, his staff is amazing. I confirmed with them twice if my extraction was approved and they said yes, comes time for the appointment and it turns out they didnt even send the x-rays I took in the first visit to the insurance. They were like, we meant extraction is generally approved, we werent being specific to your case Even though I was in both times very clearly asking about my case for my appointment for my extraction???They wanted me to take another set of x-rays so they send it to the insurance with approval not guaranteed, two months after they were supposed to.When I told them I had spoken to another dentist who guaranteed approval for my extraction, the doctor was like you are wasting our time.Excuse me, you had me come under the impression of doing an extraction and it turned out you didnt do your job, whos wasting whos time??

This the best dental office in Elizabeth they have all the equipment to do everything and the best in this place is the doctor, the best I ever had.....I went for Check out and doctor found that I need a root canal and they take care of it right away. No second appointment nat a other place no everything right there, the service is excellent.I highly recommend this place for you and your family.

I trusted Dr. Osuala for Invisalign services and my teeth came out perfect!!!! The entire process was very easy, painless and well worth it. My teeth are in great health, no cavities and I now have the smile Ive always wanted!

My partner and I have been coming to see Dr.Osuala for a little more than two years.Unfortunately scheduling management/front desk employees have made our experience time and time again frustrating. It seems that every time we have an appointment set- the week of said appointment, theyll reschedule and do that an additional two or more times. Weve held out this long because Dr.Osuala is always incredibly helpful and great at what he does, but today was the last time we make an effort to come here.We originally had our appointment set for June, now its August and one of us was rescheduled today. Ive never gone to any healthcare provider that schedules their appointments like this. Prior to quarantine, when wed finally get to our appointments wed sometimes wait two hours to get called. Which makes me think this is a front desk/scheduling problem.

This dental office hires ghetto unprofessional females Rebecca & Lizzette. Rebecca sounds peaceful on the phone but leaves patients on hold for 15 minutes plus, she doesn’t apologize she dismisses professionalism... Lizette is aggressive for no reason she didn’t handle the return call professionally only to hang up on me because I informed her I will let Dr. Rene know about her disgusting behavior on the phone... I only wanted a appointment for cleaning... Now I would never recommend this dental office to anyone.. and I’m switching my family & myself from this establishment patient log..

Awesome experience the office staff is warm and friendly! The office was tidy and comfortable which helped to reduce the stress of waiting on a dentist! Dr Renes chair side manner is so patient and composed my grandson allowed him to look in his mouth with no problems and this a kid that wont let us brush his teeth at all! Great experience we have found our family dental home.

This office was very clean. The staff is very friendly and polite. Juan was super friendly and constanly checked on us as we were waiting. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. The Dr. Rene was so patient with my five year old twins. He helped calm them down as they were nervous during the appointment. I have never had a better experience with my children! Came for a regular check up. Had a little wait but the service was exceptional. Doctor changed my silver fillings to white fillings. Doctor took his time and was very attentive and kind. Highly recommend.

The dentist here is amazing hes the only person Ill go to in NJ. I got a root canal and it was basically painless! The doctor is suo professional and he really makes you feel relaxed.

I was greeted by the receptionist Elizabeth and she was very helpful and polite. I came in for a cleaning and checkup and the dr provided excellent service and explained everything thoroughly

Spend 5 hours here and still havent finished my tooth. They are over booked on appointments. They are too back and forth with each patient and not finishing up on the first patient. Nice people but horrible scheduling.

His office was closed when I started to feel unbearable pain. I called and they happened to pick up because they where waiting for a call. The doctor was getting ready to go home but understood my situation and told me to come right in and he addressed my situation flawlessly. Thank you

I always have a great experience with dr. Osuana’s office. It’s very clean and organized as well as they have the sweetest staff .. the staff are extremely nice and quick.. and the wait time is very quick .. my kids as well are seen by dr. osuana..

I have to wait 3hours for attention. They don’t care about the social distance. having in the small waiting area up to seven people. And have the same hour appointment

Waiting over an hour Every time when you make an appointment way ahead of time makes for a frustrated patient; apparently its normal at this practice. The dentist is knowledgeable but the staff needs to work on its scheduling and professionalism.

Thee worst dental experience of my life. I really wish I could turn the clock around and not had gone in for a checkup. Dentist completely tried to destroy my mouth I just hope the Dana he did can be reversed Im not even sure why Im giving this facility two stars it deserves 1. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEMTAL PRACTICE.

I am a patient at the family dental and i was very very afraid at the beginning my appointment but little did i know i was done before i could count to 20, both tooth removed and no pain what so ever, Very professional services and in a timely manner.

They were very nice and the stage was very friendly
