Very professional made my girls feel important with name on outside board . They did X-rays before consultation to explain what they need to do any why. They explain procedures and payment options.

My first appointment made me feel welcome seeing my name on the board outside. The staff greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile. Nothing but professionalism each appointment. I felt very comfortable every appointment. When I had my braces put on, I didn’t have to wonder about what was taking place because I was informed through every step of what was going to take place next. I was continuously checked on through the entire process. I recommend Dr. Glass to anyone is who looking for great service!

Wow! Great Customer Service. I called today with a small emergency, my permanent retainer had broke loose from one of my teeth. My original orthodontist is over an hour and a half away and on vacation. Dr. Glass team took the time to see if they could fit me in and just by chance they did! And to top it off they were able to fix my retainer issue instead of sending me home and having me come back! Now I am sure this does not happen often but I am greatful that it worked out! The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well as Dr. Glass! I highly recommend!

Our son is autistic and has times when he refuses to enter places if he feels unsafe or overwhelmed. At GLASS Orthodontics he felt neither. We are so please with his results, no more headaches due to his teeth being unaligned. They fixed all of his issues with his under bite that cause other issues like lock jaw and headaches. Read the great reviews and visited for ourselves. The new office in Elizabeth City is clean and modern. The staff members were friendly to everyone, patient with the kids, and thorough in their explanations. The newer method that Dr. Glass employs made application of the brackets a breeze. Multiple payment options were available and, again, each was explained at our consult visit and again at time of payment. We were overall very impressed during our initial visits - hope that continues since it looks like we’ll be seeing a lot of them over the next few years! :)
