Lincare in Elizabeth City has provided me excellent service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The first mask that they supplied did not work so well, so they replaced it with a different style for free. I had questions and they were patient and helpful to get me up to speed with using the equipment. Also, they have always answered the phone when I call, and quite promptly. What more could you ask?

Worst place Ive ever tried to do business with in my entire life. Poor communication and questionable customer service. Pack and lunch and bring a good attorney. I did not leave equipment I needed that night.

I am a physician in Nags Head. My staff has been dealing with the staff in the Elizabeth City office for over a week regarding one of our patients. We sent in a prescription and then we were told to fill out a different prescription. Now the patient still hasnt heard from you and we have been hung up on several times. Not acceptable.

Its November and Ive been trying since July to get patient information transferred from the Elizabeth City location to another Lincare location and it just wont happen. Where is the customer service? These are suppose to be life support procedures, processes and equipment for the patients that are in need.

They make you stay on hold FOREVER. The “Elizabeth City” number is not local. When they told me they’d call back “shortly” I didn’t hear from them at all until I called back twice. Not a great company if you need life saving equipment or supplies. Sadly, I cannot leave 0 stars. Beware!!

They told me I would get supplies a couple times a year and would be covered under my insurance. Then they sent me a bill for 300.00 for some plastics.

I would give Lincare a ZERO. We are at the Outer Banks and our rental O2 concentrator has malfunctioned. LINCARE was contacted by OXUS - our rental provider-and was told by LINCARE that they couldnt help us because she was not their patient. OXUS offered to pay any price-and LINCARE still refused. They would help on Monday, when paperwork could be completed. Wow!! Take the word CARE out of your name. Cause you dont CARE at all.Submitted on Donna Kelso

This company refuses to rent my mother a portable oxygen machine because she is not a regular client. I guess they’d rather see her die then provide her with the oxygen.

Local number isnt to local company. Just makes you sit on hold forever
