Staff very disrespectful and unprofessional ,Office didnt treat me with dignity and respect.

Dr. Chandi seems like an intelligent and knowledgeable doctor. He is all business, which is fine. However, the wait times here are horrendous. My first visit, I waited an hour until I finally checked with the receptionist. Apparently there was a mix up and I had to make an appointment for the following morning when she said I would be seen immediately. However, I waited 45 minutes before being seen. At my next visit I waited an over an hour before I saw the doc and watched as other patients protested the wait process and left. He accepts new patients quickly, but is way overbooked.

My wife and I come here because it’s one of the better offices in Ecity. She warned me about the wait times but this is stupid.My appt was at 930 and I am still waiting an hour and 10min later.I spoke with the front desk gal (who was nice but apparently they are busy)I am new to reviews but I am about to leave and ask for a refund on my copay.In total I waited an hour and 20 min just to get into the room. Once in the doc was great, staff was awesome. Overall great experience but be ready for the wait times. Bring a long book or watch a video on your phone.

Wonderful Doctor. Staff was friendly and it was easy to set up an appointment. The best internist in the Albemarle Region.
