The young lady that did my hair was so good. Hannah helped me pick out the right color. She made sure I was satisfied. I would recommend SmartStyle Hair Salon.

The absolute worst hair cut I’ve ever had. Had to go to another salon to have it fixed. Asked for a trim and she cut almost all my hair off. Barely had enough left to make a pixie. Was horrified.

I went it for highlights and a trip it took her about 4 hours and it looks nothing like the picture I showed her and when I was going to pay she was over charging me and gave me attitude when I corrected her. I do not recommend coming here for a color look but they’re haircuts aren’t bad

I was new to the area, and had hoped I found a place to get my hair done instead of traveling out of state to my hair stylist Ive been seeing for 11 years. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted, a spiky pixie cut with layers and long bangs, and she gave me a mens bowl cut. A different employee there tried to fix it to the best of her ability, but she cut it so short it was barely fixable. I later found out that this was not the first time this employee screwed up and was close to being fired.

This place has such a great energy! Every time I come here I am nothing but amazed when I leave. I have been to a lot of hair places and they never really can get what I want like this place can.

There is only 1 person who does my hair there Rachelle. She has been doing my hair for 3 yrs. Love that girl knows my color.

I showed the person cutting my hair a picture of what i wanted. She said she could do it , so i believed her. When I sat down on the chair I felt like this was going to be bad. She never asked me about anything she was doing and i ended up with VERY thin horribly layered hair with bangs! In the picture I showed her THERE WAS NO BANGS NO LAYERS AND IT WASNT THINNNNNN! And I have very thick hair! PLEASE NEVER GO HERE!

Went on a Sunday to get highlights, was not even greeted, had to look for them as they were in the back eating subway sandwiches. When they did greet me they had an attitude, almost mad that I wanted to do business with them.

I have been in here to get my hair cut twice since they have been at this location. I havent had any issues and the service I received was fast and friendly.
