Great place, great drs., Absolutely terrible communications with office.Waiting over twenty minutes to talk to somebody annd still waiting. Called 5 times the other day leaving a call back number and they called 3 hours later and I wasnt home, I called back again and never did get a call back. Doctors are good I just cant get a hold of them.

Dr. K won my confidence and heart yesterday! After a year long grueling experience with a right hand extensor tendon replacement surgery last year in California... I saw Dr. K for the first time and a follow -up to address residual discomfort. He was absolutely knowledgable and very warm in explaining his approach to the current situation. So grateful to be in his care.

I came 5 min before my appointment of 9:30 an was called in 45 min after my appointed time - for what? To have four stitches removed which took 5 min. Unacceptable!

I love Sabrina, PA. Shes very attentive, listens and hears your complaints and explains everything. I highly recommend her! I cannot say enough good things about my visits with her.

Dr. Kazaglis was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done with my shoulder. We tried other less invasive treatments before deciding surgery had to be performed. He explained what had transpired in the surgery and what needed to occur going forward for my recuperation. He also called me the morning of my surgery forewarning me that the procedure would be delayed as a result of new software being implemented. The gesture was greatly appreciated.

My first visit.Friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Kazaglis seems very knowledgeable and put me completely at ease. His bedside manner made me feel like I was speaking to someone Ive known for years. He too the time to fully explain my injury and treatment options. He suggested starting with the least invasive way to treat me.

Doctor K is a very good orthopedic surgeon! His confidence is amazing! I was terrified going into surgery, but seeing him before the surgery definitely put me at ease! Highly recommend him if in need of orthopedic surgery! My ankle was broken in 4 places and looked mangled by the time my surgery was finished and went to my post op, I was floored with the work he does, plus they have a tremendous staff just all around professional, caring, kind and friendly!

For about 4-5 years, I had some major shoulder issues. Being in my mid 40s and very active, I was not able to do many activities without significant pain and difficulty. After doing PT, dry needling, cortisone shots and everything else available, I decided to have surgery since nothing worked. Dr. Kazaglis performed a 3.5 hour sugery and after going through rehab, my shoulder is now fully healed and 100% without any issues. I truly cannot express how grateful I am for the work Dr. Kazaglis did on my shoulder and would recommend him for any orthopedic needs. Hes really one of the best orthopedic surgeons out there.

Dr. K got right to the problem with my painful wrist/hand! He took a course of action that finally gave me some relief after 6 weeks of constant discomfort. He was confident in my recovery and put a plan of care together.Extremely happy with OrthoIllinois!!

Nightmare. 3-surgeries in 30days. Dr K did the 3rd -an associate did the first 2 and botched them. But because my “situation” went on for many weeks, the office management decided that I needed to start paying more co pays... not that iI had a problem but the first one they billed, I argued they credited, then rebilled it months later, and when it wasnt pd reported negatively on my credit report. For $30. Seriously??? Also dr recommended an electronic bone stimulator. Is apparently i. Cahoots with this Orthofix group in Texas. The file all the ppk with my insurance. Tell me the bill is 100% Being covered by my insurance, and a year later come after me for $1000 at the insurance company did not pay . Avoid this whole group, do yourself a favor and go to Rush

I had a horrific work place injury in 2010. My ankle was shattered and in multiple pieces. 2 orthopedic doctors at Sherman hospital ER said my foot and lower leg couldnt be saved and they would just amputate. Dr K was consulted and drove in and said he could fix it and HE DID! The leg is almost flawless now. (Doc, its Ron the electrician-not my real last name above) Thank you again!!!!!!

Avoid him if you have a broken humerus... He puts the wrong sling/brace on and makes the problem worse. Hes doesnt listen to your questions and is upset when you question him. I had to go to a different doctor to reset my arm straight... Dr. K set my bones at a 45 degree angle, instead of straight. Avoid him!
