1st time meeting Dr. Tom Stanley. I felt comfortable and he put me at ease with the next steps I needed to take for my health. The staff was very sincere in their tone when they addressed me. I didnt feel like just another number or a robot going through the steps.

Have been trying to make an appointment with Dr. Palmer for over a week now. Literally have called every single day. No one ever answers the phone. You’re given an option to have someone call you back but that doesn’t happen either. If they can’t even be bothered to answer the phone how are they going to treat me as a patient if I can ever make an appointment.

Nothing never goes wrong in this office. Love this guy hes so awesome!!!

Everybody is friendly and caring. Having physical therapy next door is so convenient!(Just a small note: they should have a mirror in the waiting room ---women like to check their hair when they come in from the cold.)

Absolutely fabulous team and doctor. Everyone was warm, caring, friendly and professional. I highly recommend to anyone. Wonderful experience. Appointment was right on schedule. Everyone introduced themselves and genuinely card about my pain. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Went there after a bad fall. They are great. Friendly staff and they are very caring They did my X-ray dr evaluated my arm and shoulder. I was able I make a follow up appt for mri next week. About an hour and I was going home.
