I have been using EMI for over 8 years. My patients always have a wonderful experience. Same day service. They are always courteous and professional. Dr. Gregerson is one of the most experienced radiologist in the surrounding areas. I trust him 100% with all of my radiology needs.

Amazingly wonderful staff.I had to have the longest MRI there is (ear & brain with and without contrast) and they let me listen to music and I was able to pick from a large list of CDs and radio stations available.

The front desk staff are wonderful!!!! I recommended my sister just for the front desk girls now a days it’s very rare to go to a doctors office and be greated with a smile. My sister went in on SATURDAY of all days to shedule a appointment and she was pleasantly surprised when they where open! She said the front desk girl stopped everything she was doing to help her out because she was really nervous about her Mri and also about the cost she offered her to give her insurance company a call on the spot to put her at ease. She scheduled her appointment with them and has no worries. I love going to them myself evrytime I call they always get me what I need right away!! Keep up the good work. I wish we could remember her name I think it was Mary.

Terrible!My appointment was at 11 am at 11:15 the desk told me that it was going to be another 20 minutes I let them know that it’s fine as long as I’m done by 1245pm she assured me it wouldn’t be issue.At 11:50 after I’ve been sitting there for 50 minutes the desks calls me and tells me that I need to pay $79 right now. I said I have a PPO I don’t have payments due before services it’s usually billed to me. I’ve had 6 MRIs in the past, never have I had to pay up front. And I was never ever told this when I made the appointment and not prepared whatsoever to pay nearly $100 and why is this being brought to my attention after I’ve been sitting here for 50 minutes. I told this to the woman at the desk and she said someone should’ve let me know yesterday when they called to confirm the appointment. They did call me the day before to confirm except they called at 4:59pm and I called back at 5:02 and it went right to voicemail bc they closed and in the voicemail they left they said nothing about payment upfront.. so I offered to show her the voicemail to prove it which she believed me and said it was an oversight and they would just bill it to me.So okay fine but at this point my upset it’s now 12pm an MRI takes 45 minutes (at least) and I have to leave, I needed to get this MRI done so added to the bill issue I’m extremely upset so she calls the tech again and he’s finished with the previous patient so they offered a gas card for my inconvenience then says to me the patient before me has been back there for awhile and keeps on moving and that’s why it’s taking so long. Well having worked in health care I know MRI places give at least an hour for each appointment if not more so I told her I’m sorry but if a patient is moving that much that it’s cutting into another patients time slot then clearly they’re having issues and need to come back maybe with something from their doctor to help, it’s not my problem that someone’s having a hard time staying still (though I sympathize for him it’s not fair for me to wait and hour and ruin my day. And I know for a fact that at other places if you go more than 10-15 minutes over your appointment time they reschedule and suggest you get an anti anxiety from your doctor because that’s usually the problem.The MRI goes fine the attendant was fine. However by the time I’m finished it’s 1250 and I’m now late they get me the CD and NEVER gave me the gas card THEY offered! You would think when I’m already upset because of a ridiculously long wait line,lack of information and surprise bills they would have everything ready to go since they were informed several times and you’d think they would’ve done prepared it so I could be handed the CD the gas card and I could leave but no. I was so late that I couldn’t even ask for my gas card because I still had to change and leave.It’s been two weeks they didn’t even mail it to my house.On top of all of that the quality of the images sucked and I ended up having to get an MRA (which was painful) and I had two doctors tell me besides a blurry picture when a patient moves in an MRI this is the worse quality they’ve ever seen. Apparently you get what you pay for. If there was a way to have my insurance company fight paying for this I would do it because it ended up costing me in time, pain and money. And I didn’t even get a stupid gas card! I wouldn’t go here.

EMI is the only facility I refer to. As a doctor, I prefer to use only them. The staff is extremely helpful, they always have time for my patients, and Dr. Gregerson is a brilliant radiologist. I recommend him for all my reads. In five years of using EMI, I have always had excellent service. Thank you EMI.

Worst experience ever. Was speaking to receptionist last night, office closed mid conversation and disconnected us. Appt at 0830 in the a.m. some issues with preauthorozation, receptionist was helpful with that, arrived for appt. Was never told need blood work prior to CT, had to run to nearby Hospital for blood workFinally sit in waiting room for at least another 35 minutes it is now 1035. Get back CT Tech attempts 3 times to start an IV 3rd attempt in wrist, which still hurts, says he cant get it.. it is now almost 12. No back person in office to attempt IV. Needless to say no CT scan and very disappointed. Drove over an hour to get to this facility. Would not recommend this facility.

The staff were not very helpful. The imaging report sent my physician had incomplete information, and I had to do the images again somewhere else.
