Went in for a covid test with an appointment and waited for over two hours just to be turned away with no test. Wasn’t able to get tested in time to make my honeymoon

Went through drive thru to pick up prescription and not only did it take almost 5 minutes for the pharmacist to even say hello to me, the parking lot is just disgusting. Theres tons of old rotting garbage all over the place. Might be choosing a different location because obviously this place doesnt care about being clean.

Ive read all the other reviews and I think some sound petty, rating a specific store a 3 because its basic. I understand that there may not be anything special about it but the store staff cant control a corporate store. Or the 1 star because of ads. That has nothing to do with this specific store but again the corporate offices. As for the employees that were mentioned, Ive been in a lot since moving to the area and have not seen a Nicole or Jasmin that people complained about multiple times. Jeremy the manager is always very friendly and helpful. He takes the time to explain things for me. Lillian and the rest of the staff always seem so happy and friendly. If youve stopped going to this store because of past service I would recommend stopping in and giving them another chance. If you have an issue with something talk with the manager Jeremy he seems to be responsive to feedback and truly want to make positive changes in this store. Its rare to find a manager in a corporate run company willing to try to change things or explain why things are the way they are.

At CVS...witness horrible service some poor guy had purchased a bunch of stuff and just asked the employee for an extra bag for support.....he walked to store......and wanted to make sure his bad didnt rip......and He is standing there arguing with the customer saying he cant give him another bag....theres no way I can give you another bag over and over didnt even let customer finish his sentence and or concern..... smh......that employee had a horrible attitude and even laugh when customer left ......said I would charge a $1.00 for another bag.....

Got a call that my prescription was ready and if I wanted it deliveried. I said I would pick it up at the drive thru. I asked if the drive thru was still open and got confirmation that it was. When I got there a whole 30 minutes later there are signs saying that due to the government order this business is closed. Soooooooo how are people suppose to get their prescriptions?I called the store and customer service and I just sat on hold forever.

I keep getting an annoying shopping cart ad for CVS every hour. Yes, that deserves 1-star for not knowing that you are harassing me I suspect because their is a CVS close by while I travel. I dont think CVS is a 1-star company, but I have to comment on out of control ads.

They carry a variety of stuff you would find at a typical drug store. The prices are more expensive than a Wal-Mart or Jewel Osco. It is okay for a quick trip when you dont want to go all the way to a larger store.This store has a pharmacy with drive-up window and a photo department.

Another pharmacy has 27/7 drive thru for any RX you may need. CVS does not and shorter hours during the weekends. If you, CVS, are reading this. How about doing something about it.

If I can rate this store to a ZERO I WOULD! I was in there this evening, two cashiers MARIA and NICOLE didn’t want to validate my raincheck, because they were just trying to be difficult. Nicole gave me attitude throwing my coupon on the counter because she was upset I didn’t tell her with time... okay I Gave her the coupons, that’s her job to look at them. She is customer service not me! Maria always tried to be nice when the other manager was there, now that there is new management she is the same person she was before, very unprofessional!

This is the worst CVS Ive ever been to. I prefer CVS over walgreens, but lord. It looked like a hurricane tore through when I was here. Half the makeup stock was empty, the other half stocked in the wrong places. The rest of the store bore a similar resemblance; sale items all out of stock, things in the wrong place, just...yuk. I drove two towns over to go to a good CVS.

If your black don’t get helped by Nicole short white girl . I Was racially profiled . She (Nicole) assumed I was with the lady ahead of me because were having casual conversation. it was only the lady of ahead of me , my self and another black male in the line waiting. The store was very slow no one came in or out. She(Nicole) just came in to her shift .she wasn’t in the store when I walked into the store. She didn’t see or know who I was with. She just seen 2 black people talking and assumed we were together . We were just talking being friendly and I told the lady ahead of me she can use my cvs card. Nicole asked the lady ahead of me for her id because I had alcohol in my hand . I told her we’re not together and I have my id . It’s two different orders . The lady ahead of me said I’m not with her. Nicole refused to take her order or myOrder unless we both had Id. I walked out so the lady ahead of me can make her purchases . Nicole refused to serve me because the color of my skin. We both said weren’t together and paying separately . I walked out and refused to step down to her ignorance I been buying alcohol at cvs for 5 years I live right up the street . And I have never witnessed that before but it was the lady ahead of me black female, me behind her, and another black male behind me in line . I felt so disgusted by her actions . I have been at this cvs so many times I rarely get id because they know who I am I’m a regular I do all my shopping at this store but never again I refuse to give this store another dime of money

Very convenient as far as location. However everything is over priced. But the worst of all is the customer service. The cashiers there have horrible attitude. Specially once it comes to doing cuopons, expect to have a hard time. They always claim that they know their policies and thats what they claim all. However when you prove them wrong they wont even apologize. Wife prefers to drive to South Elgin CVS even though this one is around the corner.

Pharmacist was rude, unprofessional and also gave me the incorrect wait time on my medicine. I stopped while on my way to work and she said at least 30 minutes. I opted to get it on the way home and then received a call 5 mins later that it was ready. Spending the whole day miserable now.

Cashier only charged for the ventra card but didnt charge me a dollar amount to put on it. So in a way the card was never activated but was charged $5.00. I had to sit on the phone with customer service with ventra for 30 min to get this resolved. These people working in retail really need to learn about the stuff they are selling.
