All of my experiences here have been excellent. Dr. Vourlos always takes the time to listen to me. She never rushes me and has given me excellent care over the years.

The receptionist Deborah always has an attitude and isnt very supportive toward pregnant woman who are having trouble. I love my doctors but every time I call to make an appointment the receptionist Deborah is always in a bad mood. They should really have a kind, helpful person handling the phones.

Dr Watson is the most arrogant Dr I think I have ever encountered. I took my young minor daughter to see her for abnormal bleeding. This Dr was more concerned with if my daughter had the gardisil vaccine rather than the problem I took her in for. She was not concerned or even tried to make me feel that everything was ok. She made me feel like a bad mother. She then made me leave the room and sit in the waiting room (which made my daughter even more scared) because she had to ask her private questions. She asked her first off if she was gay, was having sex..etc. Then examined her belly and heart. She put her hands on my 13 year old without anyone else present. Im her parent and she should have at least had me present.

Absolutely love this office! Staff is so friendly and the Doctors are excellent!

What I don’t get is why doesn’t each individual office have a separate phone number to reach them?? Anyway, I have called the main number THREE times about my issue, and my pharmacy has called once, with one just one return call... yes, they called back, but only to say that they will take care of this matter immediately... that was 2 weeks ago! Ugh 😩! Guess I will have to drive to the office to get this issue settled. You all have got to get your system in gear!! This lack of communication has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I have needed to reach you. Very unprofessional. I love my doctor there and that is the ONLY reason I return. Even the front desk personnel in the office are not very helpful at all! Smh 🤦🏻‍♀️

This is the most frustrating doctor’s office I have ever encountered. They need to be more organized. They have sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy twice! The second time was after I walked in and told them my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy & gave them the right one. Then they did not refill my prescription even after walking in & requesting them to send it in- after waiting almost 48 hours!!! It really is shameful & I will be changing doctors after this HORRIBLE experience & giving the multiple chances. Such a disgrace to be honest.

Cant get thru on the phone line to get an order for annual appointment/mammogram. Called three times and was on hold at least 15 minutes each time before hanging up. Frustrating.

Absolute bull. I went during my senior year of high school after two ovarian cysts ruptured. The doctors lucky that I cant recall her name, because she was an absolute dog. She insulted me and talked down to me as if I were stupid. She demanded to see TWO ultrasounds, one for each ovary, though I kept telling her the hospital had only done one ultrasound. She told me I was wrong. (How the hell would you know? Im the one who sat through it!)Completely dismissed my questions and concerns.Ive never felt so humiliated by a doctor before.

I hate this place with a passion. You can never get through to the office. I need an appointment so I can renew my birth control and cant even get through to schedule. Complete and utter bull.

Extremely sad how disorganized and unprofessional this practice is. I had been using Signature OB/GYN for 10 years now and honestly, the customer service has been terrible the entire time. I only stayed with them because of Dr. Holsey. When you find a doctor that you are comfortable with and you feel cares about what you are saying, you stick with them. Sadly, she is now gone from this practice and without her, I will no longer tolerate the disrespectful receptionists in the call center, the messages never getting to your doctor when you call in, the utter incompetence and rude demeanor of the front desk staff (especially the Eldersburg office) and the uncalled for wait times. If you make an appointment with them, be prepared to wait well past when you should be and be prepared that when you ask questions to the front desk (Eldersburg location) for them to be rude & condescending to you. I have now switched to a company that not only word of mouth reflects the quality of their practice but also their online reviews. The 2.0 start rating for this location is there for a reason.

So Ive been going to this office since 2009 and recently Ive been frustrated. The office and staff are all great. My complaint is the fact I have to call into a call center to do anything like make an appointment or request results of the test things like that. The patient portal I sent a message 2 weeks ago with no response. I really wish the dr would have just called me instead so I could have talked to her for 5 mins to understand the results better. But still nothing. So my complaint is that I have to deal with a call center and never able to get to my dr in a timely fashion.

Absolutely unprofessional. Dismissive, pushy, and rude. Saw a different midwife almost every time, all of which were arrogant and didnt listen to my wifes concerns. Pushed unnecessary tests, and threatened to drop her as a patient if she didnt comply. Has no concern for the welfare of the mother. Only one of the doctors was pleasant, out of the 5 we saw. We chose this place for convenience, but we would rather transfer to a practice an hour away than deal with these people.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I called in yesterday and was seen today By Dr.D Vourlos. I was very happy with the way she treated me. She took the time to take away all the fears. Instead of pushing and torching me in a procedure in office , she thought it be best for an outpatient procedure . I agreed . Her assistant was nice and I feel confident and comfortable being under DR. Vourlos care. My only negative views of the practice are the telephone service and the front desk is a little none efficient. That’s not too much of an issue. I like how they saw me promptly over Carroll Health Group and I am their patient !

I love the doctors at the Eldersburg office, and have seen them for three years and in Columbia two additional years prior. They have a new (2018) patient portal that exactly no one uses there. The phone system is moderately better than in previous years--only 20-30 minutes on hold on average. I have a post-op appointment that has been rescheduled twice, was lost in the system once, and is now rebooked for the wrong date. I will not be going back to this place.

Trying to get my IUD out and its taking forever to schedule for an appointment. I hate this place now. I might as well go somewhere else and get it taken out.

My experience with the midwives and Dr. K was great during my pregnancy, the nurses and receptionist were also very nice and helpful. I did see 1 doctor during my pregnancy that was very pushy but I just made sure not to schedule with her again.

They do not return phone calls to patients and receptionist is clueless.

I had the same docs in Columbia. I moved to Eldersburg and I still have my same doc and I am happy with her. The 3 stars is for the receptionist. Ive been to this location 4 times and the receptionist is slow and I think I dont get seen when Im supposed to because it takes her 20 mins to check someone in. She wont let you sit down and fill out the forms and I swear no other doctors office wants to see my insurance card and license every single time I go in. I was here last week why the hell do you need my insurance card again??!!!! It is also a small waiting room and all the people in the room can hear you talking to her so they know all my info. I didnt need those people to know where I live, where I want to get my prescriptions and when my last period is. She is also rude. Very very rude. I didnt want to recite my phone number for everyone to hear so I wrote it down and pointed to it and she didnt seem to understand what my problem was. When I told her she rolled her eyes. I think I will just keep driving out to Columbia.

My girlfriend tried to call THREE DAYS in a row no call back just a continuous lup. Receptionist rude no phone calls at all you can here crickets. Its really sad being a doctors office and not hearing the phone ring once that never happens when your in an office. I give a negative review if I could. She had to get an appointment by a DOCTOR to get her iud out that caused her pain for two weeks could of had issue worked if PICKED THE PHONE UP TO MAKE ISSUE LESS WORSE. Should be shut down! The receptionist is Soo cold she would make absolute zero warm

My doctor was changed twice without notice, I was requested to have blood work done on two separate dates and when i called for the results i was told my doctor who requested for me to have them done is not working at the eldersburg branch and someone else will call me within 24 hours. I never received a return call. Sadly ive heard such good things about them in the past but have clearly myself, have not had a good outcome with them. Dr. K is an awesome doctor though. He made me feel comfortable my first visit. Hes just not available enough at the eldersburg branch.

Amazing staff ; compassionate and personable.

Seeing the OBGYN was by far the most stressful part of my pregnancy.I went in and informed them that 1) I have PTSD, and 2) I was eating organic and wanted to limit my baby to anything that wasn’t natural.This seemed fine with them until they demanded a glucose test. I didn’t want to take it, but they threatened to drop me if I didn’t. They said I wouldn’t have to fast or drink the chemical laden gloucose drink.WRONG.They ultimately ordered 6 unnecessary sonograms, one of which the doctor was so rough my torso was bruised for two weeks. When I expressed my concerns as they kept ordering more, I received eye rolls and more threats to be dropped if I didn’t obey.I dropped them in my last month of pregnancy... But it takes 30 days to get a copy of my medical records, and no one would take me without them.I ultimately ended up having my baby at home, unassisted because the hospital I pre-registered at (Which was an hour away) wanted to go through my OB. Well, after I gave birth, paramedics came to bring me to the hospital to make sure both myself and my baby were healthy. As we get to the hospital I find out Signature OBGYN had my pre-registration removed from the hospital’s system.Both my baby and myself are perfectly healthy with NO thanks at all to Signature OBGYN.If you’re looking for someone who will listen to you, respect your wishes and hear your concerns, cross this place off your list.It’s a practice of manipulation, Threats and deciet.

Ive had concerns about health symptoms this past year as they have changed and are affecting my daily life. I also found a lump that I wanted the doctor to look at to make sure it was normal. The doctor was dismissive and didnt listen to what I was saying. She really wanted me on a IUD or birth control even though that wasnt a concern of mine or why I came for the visit. She did hear me somewhat as I tried to bring up about my concern of not being heard and some other red flags I got in some bloodwork this past year by ordering some tests but didnt look at that lump I was worried about. Told me it was most likely a hair follicle without even ever seeing what I was trying to show her. Seemed like she knew everything without taking the time to look, listen, or find fact to her conclusion.

Should be zero stars...very rude my girlfriend will be switching.. she tried to explain and talk with Doc but condesending jokes and arrogant replies and at one point completely ignored her. she obviously had a date tonight because her appt. Was NOT important

I have tried for 3 days to get an appointment and have left numerous messages and still have not gotten through to the office. Very frustrating!!!!

The doctor I saw did not take the time to listen to me, just arrogantly made suggestions.

Everything from the service, to the people. The only downside I could see was that the doctors dont get along very well and the system seems rigged.

A male doctor told me I was over weight and needed to lose weight.. I weigh 145 and am 5’4. Apparently that’s very over weight. Haven’t been back since.

Receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
