10/10 recommend. Candace is the absolute best! She got my full draw on the first attempt, completely painlessly, and she is very nice. I can be a hard stick, but she did it flawlessly. Also the business itself is very easy to work with. I made an appointment online for the next day, got taken back a few minutes early, and everything was incredibly easy to do online. I will be using Quest in eldersburg in the future for sure.

I had to go into Quest today for a pre-employment drug screen and suffice to say - I really needed to use the restroom. Nakita and the other employee (Im sorry I do not recall her name) was INCREDIBLY accommodating!! I felt so bad asking to go back but they were absolutely wonderful, polite and very understanding! Thank you again Nakita!! You were my angel today! Much blessings to you all.

We made a same day appointment online. The system to do so was very easy. We walked in and signed in on the kiosk. Ellen drew my daughters blood. She did a fantastic job. My daughter is petite, special needs, and a hard stick. Ellen was kind and patient with her and got her on the first stick. We will definitely be coming back for all future bloodwork needs.

Tremane was the best at taking blood ever. I have been to this location many times and have always had a great experience. Staff is always friendly and happy. Mandi checked me in and she was friendly as well. As for people complaining about parking, there is plenty of parking on the side of the building you just have to walk a few extra feet. The place is always clean, staff is always friendly, and I always get quick efficient service. I will not go to another lab again. Thank you for being awesome.

One word- awful. I arrived as the second person in the waiting room with a 2 minute wait. She got called back and I never did. It was stagnant she left and nothing happened. Then more people checked in and went below me on the wait list, but were called first. All I needed was a 3 minute long blood draw however I was never called and my name was taken off the list. Do not waste your time going here. 2 minute wait turned Into 45 and never getting called, while still being on top of the wait time. Unbelievable

Overall, nice experience at this location. The two staff were very friendly and helpful. Made me feel at ease while getting several vials of blood drawn. I will definitely come back to this location!

What a difference a week makes! Todays visit was awesome! I was taken on time! Wendy was extremely nice and knowledgeable making me at ease! My suggestion... someone is needed at the front desk to answer the phones. I could not get in touch with anyone last week to answer my questions. I had to research additional numbers which were fax numbers. Someone from Billing was able to answer my questions! Big difference in a week!

I had blood work performed today - Saturday, about an hour before closing. The facility was spotless, there were probably about three other people waiting, and they were being served fairly quickly. The gentleman, Tony, was very helpful, friendly, and capable. Id come back here without reservation. Looking at some other comments, I may opt to do so again in off-peak hours.

Have gone here a few times for blood draws. Staff is nice enough and are generally on time with an appointment. However, my last blood draw disappeared. No one even bothered to tell me and I only found out after calling my doctor for the results a week later. I called Quest, got hung up on once and it took 30 minutes for them to even figure out my sample was lost. Apparently this location is individually owned.My advice, go to another location. Everyone makes mistakes but this one was handled very poorly. To me, thats the true tell of a good location.

I have been twice in the last couple of months for my toddler. All three people who drew her blood were patient, supportive, gentle and kind. Having blood drawn for a 14-month-old can be a very unpleasant experience and they made it great. Also both times I had a very small wait time. The first was less than 15 minutes the second time I walked right back

My best advice is to make an appointment. Appointments are usually honored before walk-ins, regardless of how many people are waiting. Most walk-ins get mad when someone rolls in with an appointment and gets seen before they do. This location is understaffed for the volume it receives, but I always make an appointment and although Im not always seen on time, I am usually not waiting very long and still seen ahead of walk-ins (which are usually a good 5-12 people). Oh, this is if the staff can arrive to work on time in the mornings, there is usually a line at the door first thing in the mornings....

The low rating reflects on corporate and not this location.The location is understaffed, especially during the opening hours. You would think that knowing people need fasting blood work, will be on their way to work that the scheduler would staff the lab appropriately.When I arrived today there was a line of 10 people waiting for the door to open. Some had appointments-another fare-thee-well the rest were first come first serve, myself included. I waited nearly 1 1/2 hours to be seen.The website has an option to make an appointment. First, the process is anything but user friendly. It should be intuitive. It is not. Even the video tutorial us confusing. Those folks who did manage to secure an appointment must be graduate prepared information technology professionals. Secondly, when you only have one individual to serve the masses it takes time.I have never been able to get in and out in under an hour.The phlebotomists are good at what they do and should not have to bare the brunt of dissatisfied consumers.Corporate - listen up. Staff your locations appropriately.

I understand why I waited almost 50 minutes because of people come in that’s already make an appointment schedule there first serve if you walk in while no one there then you are next if you wait soon your name is next but someone walked snd already appointment then he or she first before you ... zig suggest you better to make schedule appointment than walk in.

I went here as a walk in on Saturday. The man behind the desk greeted me friendly. The phlebotomist was nice and very gentle. This was a very painless draw. I will defimitely return to Eldersburg Quest.

Brought my 4 day old baby for a STAT bilirubin level on a Saturday. Waited 30 mins. Go back and get set up. Then we find out all of their lab tubes are expired. The phlebotomist called the manager. We were told we could go to Westminster EXCEPT neither place can actually do the lab because they don’t do STAT orders on a Saturday.

Phone number disconnected. Two parking spaces total in front of the shop. 55-minute wait at 7:45 AM on a Friday. Blaring television set. Locked out computer user - on the phone with support - declaring this is why I always use the same password on all my accounts. You get the picture.

One star is for the receptionists excellent handling of my daughters first blood collection. My daughter said she barely felt the needle. Thank you!The other star is for cleanliness of the waiting area.The lack of stars are: poor parking. There are literally TWO parking spaces at this location for customers. The other missing stars are for explanation. When I asked about the urine sample for my daughter I got a very vague and confusing reply regarding the wipe enclosed. Ended up having to ask my wife who has had her urine tested.Dropping off the collection wasn’t too bad. I met the same friendly nurse that helped my daughter with the blood work. I had to sign in and wait about 10 mins. She ensured it was collected properly. I got the impression that this office might be understaffed. When people are understaffed they tend to be more stressed and insist on their routines to ensure they don’t get things mixed up and everything works smoothly. It was a little inconvenient to have to wait a little while, but I left feeling confident my daughters lab work was collected in a confident and efficient manner. Again, my stars taken away were due to lack of parking and what seemed like understaffing.

There is no one at the front desk to ask questions! I needed to know if they take my insurance and there was no one to ask! I had to just sit in the waiting room until someone came to the front!!! And it’s impossible to talk to someone on the phone.

Opens at 7:30, the one employee showed up at 7:36 opened the door and let the two of us in. Does not see first guy for at least five minutes. Done with first guy by 7:52, next calls in a 7:45 appointment. Now 10 people in the office waiting. Got here at 7:20, and the one employee seems to make this location incredibly understaffed. Labcore on the other side of eldersberg is faster.

How ridiculous is it that there are only 3 places close to get blood drawn by quest and all 3 are the slowest places I have ever been. Having my elderly grandparents wait over an hour because they only have one person until 10:30 am. And then to top it all off....the attitude towards my grandparents was ridiculous. They are old and hard of hearing. But they dont need to be yelled at. I wish their insurance let them go somewhere else.

This facility mixed up my daughter’s bloodwork with someone else’s! Cathy was the phlebotomist and it was horrible. Very defensive and claimed it was the doctor’s office who made the mistake. Fortunately, the doctor’s office has proof of everything they sent, and are now in the process of reporting this lady. So, my daughter had to get bloodwork done again! She was more anxious the second time, and Imade my husband go because I would have gotten mad at the lady who did the first bloodwork. It turned out ok the next time, but this phlebotomist took up for Cathy, and paid absolutely no attention to my daughter. And she was not very pleasant with us. That time my husband felt like it was his fault. Now that I have to get bloodwork, I am completely dreading going to this place.

Went in with my doctors order for blood work. Was turned away because I didnt want to give them credit card number to bill me whatever they may want. My insurance covers all testing in full and I have never had to pay anything. Cant believe Howard County Gov. has a contract with these people. So if you dont have a credit card you will be denied service.

They keep trying to charge me an amount I’m not responsible for according to my insurance company. Trying to contact them is ridiculous. Looks like I’ll be on the phone with my insurance company and Quest tomorrow. Avoid at all costs.
