From the initial call with Wendy to the welcoming service when entering the door, I felt comfortable. The hygienist Denise is extraordinary. Took the time to understand my mouth and really has the knowledge to help. Dr. Sadat addressed all my concerns and was patient with me until we had a good plan.

The best dental practice I have used. The front staff is efficient and friendly. The office is clean and conveniently located. Dr. Bae is friendly and honest about what treatment actually needs to be done. Chairs have built in massagers/heat so I can lay back and relax while getting my teeth cleaned. I’ve had great experiences.

I love Miracle Smile Dentistry! Everyone is so patient and personable. I dont think Im the best patient but they work so patiently when caring for my teeth. Theyve made dental care so great and effective. I been seeing a dentist since elementary days and I always hated it but in my adult life I just want to say, this is my favorite Dentist of all time.

Dentist freak me out but Miracle Smile in El Segundo was beyond amazing. From the moment you walk in the front office staff are so kind and informative and all the staff in the back. They really make you feel like family. Melissa was the hygienist that took care of me and she explained everything to the point where I understand what needed to be worked on rather then all that dentist talk. I’m glad I found this place.

I freely admit it.... Im a coward when it comes to dental visits. Problem solved! Everyone made me feel at ease. The level of patience shown towards me was amazing. They treated me as though I was the only patient there, never rushed, and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Overall, it is without hesitation that Id recommend this dentist office.

I cant say enough about Miracle Smile Dentistry. This is the first dentist office that I genuinely get excited that my appointment is coming up. The staff is as nice as can be and the work is always quick, comfortable, and done correctly. Denise is great and would highly recommend!! I leave there with a clean smile and dont have to go through any pain or difficulty to get there. 10 out of 10.

Dr. Bae is patient; she listens to your dental concerns and acts quickly to resolve the problem. She recommends what’s best for you but wouldn’t make you feel pressured to do it. I like Dr. Bae not only because of her knowledge and experience but also because she is warm, friendly, always smiling and treats you like family.Miracle Smile Dentistry has a wonderful Staff. They’re all nice and friendly and at the same time shows professionalism.Wendy takes care of insurance billing and and appointments and also verifying insurance coverage. Sometimes she would take the extra mile to help you resolve any issues with billing. I’ve known her the longest. She is one of the hygienists but i think she assist Dr. Bae majority of the time. she’s like a dentist because she is very knowledgeable. She’s always smiling and makes you feel comfortable in the dentist chair. She will always come to me to say hi even if she’s busy assisting with another patient. First time back to the dentist in a couple of years, I was super anxious but Kenny (dental hygienist) had great bed side manner and explained everything he was going to do which calmed my nerves, overall positive experience. Dr. Bae was also very kind and informative.

I have been to Miracle Smile Dentristy a few time and was more than impressed. I even recommended them to many friends and family. Today, however, was a completely horrible experience.I had a scheduled appointment for a routine check-up and cleaning at 11 am. I arrived early and was quickly taken back for x-rays then was put in the exam chair. The Doctor came in and examined my teeth and then commented about getting to the cleaning in 10 to 15 min. I was left reclining in the chair for over 20 min. Feeling uncomfortable in that position, I got the attention of an assistant who adjusted the chair. After another 20 minutes of waiting I asked what was going on and the doctor came back and apologized and said he would get right to the cleaning. He reclined me again and then left the room. I could hear him treating another patient in the exam room next to me. At this point it was over an hour past my schedule appointment so I left without getting the cleaning. I am extremely disappointed and cannot believe how disrespectfully I was treated. Never again Miracle Smile Dentristy!!!!!

Dr. Bae really cares about her patients and is very professional. You wont be disappointed.
