Horrible experience at this pharmacy. They are convient at first because they are in the same location as the doctors but when you need your refill its a nightmare. They dont know how to calculate the dosage so they confused a 20 day supply with a 30 day supply and I had to argue with them and break down the math for them to realize they made a mistake!! Then they receptionist on the phone tells me they will have them read at 8 am. I ask her if I need to call the night before and she says no shell have them ready. Well sure enough I come at 8:15 and they havent even started them and they dont even honor the fact that she said theyll be ready at 8. They still took their sweet time getting the prescription out knowing I had to be somewhere in the northeast at 9 am!!. I will never come back here again because obviously no one here knows what they are doing and they have horrible customer service.
