Stay as far away as you can from this place! I ordered CPAP supplies almost 2 months ago. my mask broke so I have not been using my CPAP. I have called at least 5 times and they keep telling me that the order has not been processed. Finally today I was told that they require the co-payment before they ship out the supplies. Why I was not told this before I have no clue. I have been waiting all this time. I called my Dr. and I was told that they are no longer dealing with HME because patients have been having a lot of issues with them. I was able to find everything on Amazon for a lot less. The person I spoke to at HME told me that he did not care about my situation. I have closed my account and I will never deal with this awful company again. I plan to open a complain with the proper agency since these are medical supplies that people need. Please stay away from this company, they are rude and do not care about their customers. Im glad to finally be done with them after 3 years.

The staff worked with me to ensure I was able to receive my equipment a little past their normal closing time. I was in the middle of relocating to New York (Army) and very busy taking care of last minute work obligations. They were exceedingly courteous and answered all of my questions regarding the equipment!

Quoted a price over the phone. When I got there they planned to rent a cpap machine and tack on additional monthly charges that were not previously disclosed. Not sure why I need to rent their machine AND make additional monthly installments. Thats worse than a car dealership.

Received awesome service from Gabby Martinez who was very patient, understanding, friendly, and professional. She was open to working with me to find a solution to my problems with the CPAP. If not for Gabby, i would have given up and returned the equipment. Highly recommend this excellent specialist.

Horrible service you have to work around their schedule they say theyre going to call before delivery and they never do. I had to wait to reschedule for them to deliver because the tech never called before showing up to my house and when you call the facility the people that answer the phone are rude. Please consider looking for another facility for your medical Supply needs.This place is just a waste of time

I went in to HME in El Paso on 07/25/17 to order some product for my CPAP machine. A gentleman greeted me very nicely and checked to see if they had the product available. When he came back and told me they didnt have the product available I was very upset and became somewhat hostile, mostly my facial expression. He told me he had to order it. My problem was coming back to the facility to pick up the items. He came back and said he would mail them to my house, which at that time I was very please that he was able to accommodate me. I got a call the next day and said they had the items in. I told them they were going to mail them to my house but the items were there already and I picked them up myself. They offered to show me how to use the items and I was busy so I told them I didnt have time. So they gave me the items and I left. When I got home I opened them and found they were not the correct ones.I went in today to let them know I had gotten the wrong items and I was greeted by Margie. Very nice lady and asked me how she could help. I explained the situation and immediately helped me. Another lady Gabby came to me and told me the mask I have was an old one and asked if I wanted to try a newer model. At this time I was thinking I had to go to work which I told her and as she was helping someone else to get fitted she also came and brought me some samples of the newer models. She explained them to me and I agreed to get a different model.I was very impressed with the customer service they all have in that facility. Even though I was upset, in a hurry and hostile, they found a way to make me leave with a smile and a will to come back to the place. I want to that thank the gentleman, Gabby and Margie for their excellent customer service and carrying.

Okay, this Customer Service is bull CRAP. I had made arrangements since 2015 to pay a bill through automatic payment. My full payment was made, finished in 2015. Well, I received a call this past week that I owed 13 dollars and change. I was confused, is had been over 6 months since I had paid all off. I received the invoice, and in JANUARY they added 13 dollars and change for overpayment revovery.. so this was not in my initial bill that I paid off. I have to call to see why these frikin non ending additions are put on my invoice. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT PROVIDES BETTER SERVICE.

I been waiting for months for them to give me an appointment to go my sleep apnea machine and they finally call me to go and they didnt even know why I was there and they had lost the prescription my doctor send them . Dont come here go somewhere else

DONE WITH THESE CLOWNS. Failure of staff to communicate with each other. I get a package with some items, the other items are incorrect. Then I have to wait over a week to make an appointment to get the right supplies which, are not in stock at the store so they have to send them to me. And now I have to drive across town for another appointment for them again next week. The face-to-face staff have suck at customer service, its all about go away. NO MORE. DONE WITH THESE CLOWNS.

Not sure if they made personnel changes, but the rep that helps you with supplies, masks and hoses seems very unknowledgeable about products. Very frustrating to go into office to exchange a product and the company rep acts totally ignorant about CPAP functions. I should not have to wait for them to read or study about the machines they are selling or leasing. Lastly if the rep needs an appt. to take her time for a 5 minute exchange, that means to me the rep is not very efficient nor knows what she is doing. I would not recommend.

Worst customer service ever this goes for every one that works at this office, they dont call ya back they lie. they dont care about your medical needs whats so ever, they claim they cant give any info like cost over the phone. you have to work on there schedule not yours cause they dont care. if we could change we would
