I wouldve given them zero stars if it were an option. They dont care about helping, period! The woman who was there kept on telling us that our insurance didnt cover what we needed even after offering to call our insurance company in front of her. She finally gave us the real reason, and I quote, I only deal with Medicaid not Medicare. I dont like going through the troubles of getting re-emburst from the insurance companies. They definitely need to change their name because CARING they are NOT.

They dont accept insurance but staff was really friendly, and pointed me the direction of what product would be best for me.
