Man I can not say enough it’s gonna be hard enough to put in a few words so might be long. First off so clean, so nice, so supportive of my journey and getting to my physical goal which actually helped me reach an incredible mental goal. When I started I didn’t know what to expect and honestly was scared but the instructors/couches made me feel comfortable. I’m so grateful for there insight and lessons to help me reach my goals every week. I honestly don’t know what I could have done without them. Now I’m healthier and have more energy I can’t wait to get back there and back to work.

Was visiting the area , I was on a small get away from the Dallas area. As a pro fighter I needed to find a gym that could satisfy my need and my daily calorie out take.This place was it!It was fast paced, extremely positive , and encouraging queues where said and done!A great workout led by a great instructor!I highly recommend this as a go to gym.Definitely will return to them once I visit the area again!!

The trainers are beyond motivating. They will push you to your limits and then some. High energy very professional and friendly atmosphere. I’ve done similar training when I lived away from El Paso but hands down this has been my best experience yet!! Definitely recommend you to join and get a great, safe , and very effective workout. Tkfit has been one of the best choices when it came down to a gym memberships. I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and I still look forward to coming here everyday. The staff and the members are friendly and very welcoming making the gym feel like a second home. The workouts are second to none. They push you to a limit and break that limit and make you come back for more. I highly recommend this gym for beginners, intermediates, and hard gym enthusiasts. They have something for everyone

When I gained weight because of my divorce I decided to hit the gym. When that boring I needed to go somewhere to get that extra push and it won’t become routine as just lifting weights. Tkfit is an amazing place to workout and the staff is super helpful, encouraging, and friendly. Their sessions are challenging and fun they focus on strength training more than other classes I’ve tried which I love. It’s great to be able to really get stronger and have proper form in a group setting, while still getting that cardio in.

During my pregnancy I gained a significant amount of weight and was not very active. After I had my son I became depressed over all the weight I gained, which made me lose my confidence, my self-esteem was very low, and I felt like all the excessive weight I was carrying was slowing me down physically and mentally. It was hard for me to get out of my apt and be in the public eye because I was embarrassed of who I had become. I went into TKFit for a body analysis and was shocked by the results. I knew at that moment I needed to get back into shape in order to be healthy and to be around long enough to see my son grow up. I decided to give the 6 week challenge a try. From the first time I spoke to trainer Kai he was determined to help me become the best me possible. I finished the 6week challenge and my overall experience was great and life changing. Trainer Kai and all the trainers at tkfit are very motivating, they come up with creative and fun workouts that target every part of your body, inspire you to stay focused and give it their all to help you reach your challenge goal of losing 20 lbs. The trainers at TKFit always have a positive attitude, are very welcoming and understand the struggles of getting back into shape. They also do not just stand around and watch you do the workouts, they jump right into the workout with you and push you when you feel like giving up as well as guide you on how to do each exercise correctly. TKFit has a family-oriented environment and the trainers take extreme pride in training each member. The gym was always clean and organized and equipment was well taken care of. Even the members loved working together to finish the 30-minute workout as a team. The best part of the challenge is seeing results every week. My energy level is also up, I gained more confidence in myself, I believe in myself, I’ve learned some great tools on how to eat healthy and stay fit, all thanks to TKfit and the trainers. Even though my journey is done at TKfit, they inspired me to keep believing in myself and to continue working on my transformation one day at a time. I definitely recommend the 6week challenge because if I could lose the 20lbs in 6weeks, then you can lose the 20lbs or even more in 6weeks. People I just want for you to be aware before you even sign up with Kai the owner. He tries to convince you to sign up for the 6 week challenge and charges you $300 are not even worth it. He pressures you to put reviews of his gym and lie that it’s the best 5 tarts if not he disqualifies you from the challenge. Also he manipulates you to buying his protein and supplement which once you have it it’s not as clean of a protein as you think and for twice the price not worth it. What made me aware of his true personality is now in these circumstances of the Covid-19 he still wants to be charging us like if we are still getting personal training. Be aware I was also once convinced.

I am simply loving it! after 11yrs of not committing and really not exercising TKFit makes it easy for you to commit and get motivated! The staff is great they push you all the way and they are very respectful! I love the fact that they are considerate about your limits and yet they find a way to push you but without that pressure like other gyms! I’m just loving it! Workouts are intense but so worth it. Lasting only 30minutes every session, you target every part of the body. Your energy levels skyrocket, giving you stamina to go throughout the day. I am on week 4 of my 6 week challenge and it has been a really amazing experience. I have lost weight that I couldnt by myself after lots of tries after having my baby. All the trainers at the gym are amazing and very well prepared, they motivated you and make you give the best of you. Love the group sessions, theyre short and get the job done! Its also a plus that you never repeat the same workout twice which keeps things interesting and engages different muscle groups. The atmosphere is awesome - the other guests are positive and nonjudgmental and everyone is there to better themselves. The trainers are super positive and push you while offering modified exercises to accommodate everyone in the class who are at different fitness levels. You also get diet plans as well. (The only downside for me is the price - its definitely more expensive than other gyms in the area but you do get unlimited personal training sessions and meal plans)

So I kept seeing this free boot camp and all these promises about losing weight healthy and them not setting you up for failure... I was really skeptical about it and kept browsing through the ads. But just one day I was like screw it. What do I have to lose exactly? Well called in and met Trainer Kai. Made everything super clear and motivated me to join. 4 weeks in and Ive lost some weight. My body isnt as flabby and I have enough energy and strength to be able to keep up with some of the youngins!! This place has great energy and great vibes. You feel more like a family than a gym. Am currently in the 4th week of the 6 week challenge and I am absolutely loving the experience. I have lost 9 lbs already, lots of body fat and have gained muscle mass! I feel stronger every day. Most importantly, however, I feel a lot happier and confident in my own body. The workouts are intense and short which allow me to fit it in my schedule (especially in the mornings) and once it’s done I feel energized, happy, and ready to take on the day...I find I am more productive at work throughout the day, as I feel light, more mobile, and energized...and did I mention happy? Also, I have gained knowledge about healthy cooking and adequate portion sizes which are healthy habits that will stick forever. I was a bit skeptical when I first joined the challenge. I go to an other gym about 2-3 times a week but I mostly weight train. Well I’m 4 weeks in to the TK fit challenge and i have to say my life has changed, not only have I seen results on the scale and my clothes but I feel better than ever. Once I signed up the doubt started... was I going to hit my goal? How am I going to get through those work outs? I was scared....but then I tried it...survived my 1st session and even 2 a day!! This is definitely something that you have to be ready to go full speed ahead. So far it has been an amazing experience. The meal plan has amazing meals that I wouldnt usually eat. The workouts are always kicking butt or in this case fat! This program has been the best thing that Ive done. The trainers are amazing!

I am totally impressed of how my body has been changing with the help of daily workouts and a complete meal plan Trainer Kai gives us. Not only that, but I am now full of energy and motivation that I didnt have some weeks ago. I have joined other gyms and let me tell you something, this is completely different, El Paso Fit Body Boot Camp really works! ***So I did this challenge because I needed something to push myself because I knew that I was not where I wanted to be.. I was very optimistic about the process and going in blind..So.. I did get some confidence backI did learn how to eat betterAnd the workouts with Trainer Robert made me want to come back for moreSome things I wish I knew first..So dont do this as an easy fix because you will get discouraged. Dont do this and depend on getting your money back cuz those will greatly disappoint you within the first three weeks..I think I went in to excited to shed 20 pounds and physically that has not happened.. I did everything to the T, but as Ive now researched, not everyone takes well with the protein and losing that amount of weight in that amount of time..I have yet met a female who was able to lose the weight (that was discouraging) but Im hopeful that some will who are close.Am I disappointed or regret taking the challenge.. No, I still feel like I gained a lot of perspective on myself and my body.. I feel that the workouts are amazing, just feel like the support for females is not there. If you are a male, I recommend this challenge and can almost say most of you get your money back.If you want great workouts and arent reliant on getting your investment back this place is worth it.. I am now motivated to push myself and know that I will not give up on losing the weight

Okay, I’m not one to sit and write a review so this would be a first for me. For a while now I have been wanting to start some kind of program that would help me with my weight lose goals. I have tried many different aerobics classes, home work outs, diet programs and spending a lot of time in a gym. I just wasn’t seeing the results I had hoped for so I would give up. I just felt like something was missing, then I heard of this program Fit Body Boot Camp and thought I would give it a try, I mean why not I tried everything else. Signed up for the 6 week challenge along with their selected meal plan and daily intense 30 min workouts. I have managed to lose not only pounds off the scale but hard body fat. Best part is I feel better. I crave the workouts. The trainers are motivating and push you to reach your goals. I am very happy that I have found a program that has worked for me when all others have failed in the last 13 years. 😕I so recommend this program.

Finally there is a gym that fulfills to what they advertise. The positive atmosphere is what keeps their clients returning daily to help better themselves. The trainers are professionals, they know everything about fitness and nutrition! They do not want you to work out and go eat junk food and come back the next day to burn it off. They want to educate every person that walks through to help them make a positive change for their life. Amazing clean gym, awesome state of the art gym equipment. Smells like vanilla bean every time i go work out, which is a plus to me!

Tk Fit is a great place where you can exercise without feeling judged. The trainers are awesome and they actually care about each and everyone of the people who attend the gym. They make sure that you are doing the exercises the right way so you dont hurt yourself and also help you with modifications to the workout in case you have an injury of some sort that prevents you from doing a certain exercise. Its very fun to workout because its always a different routine, its never repetitive, you are always doing something new and every day is a different challenge, a challenge that youll look forward to. The gym is very well equipped, and properly ventilated. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to loose weight, get back in shape, or simply looking to maintain weight and stay in shape.

TKFit has 3 locations and I work out at their newest Helen of Troy location and the West location. If you want to feel and look great then TK Fit is for you! Not only are you part of a family, youre part of a supportive family who will guide and teach you how to be a better you. The fast pace (30 minute) workouts are always energetic, never redundant and leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. Go see for yourself and check them out. I love this workout. Its a great everyday routine. Unlike most workout routines I actually enjoy myself, and each workout makes me push harder than the last one. I wake up and feel better about the guy in the mirror, everyday better and better. Yea sure you can do all these exercises at home but you arent surrounded by other people motivating you to push harder and harder. I have tried a plethora of work outs and they are a bust for me and most. Outside the army this is the only work out that works. All The trainers keep everyone motivated and everyone motivates each other in the gym and at home or work there is always people to talk to and ask questions. Take the protein shakes and some of the food isnt bad and actually has flavor

If you have been trying to get back into shape on your own and have failed or have had slow progress then East El Paso Fit Body Boot Camp is definitely for you. Trainer Kai provides motivation and an excellent support system. Motivation is encouraged in several different ways but for me the best motivation was through the weekly weigh-ins. Weekly confirmations of the hard work I was putting in by simply following Trainer Kai’s fitness and meal plans was an incredible feeling. Most importantly I never felt alone I had several support from other members including Trainer Kai. Questions I had regarding certain products, foods, or fitness concerns were always answered in a timely manner, including after hours. Trainer Kai is extremely knowledgeable in fitness training and nutrition. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is willing and ready to invest in themselves.

Really enjoy working out with the trainers! they are highly energetic and motivational. I love that the classes are only 30 minutes, and you still feel like you are getting a great workout without taking too much time out of your day.

Great place to workout!! You are properly guided and have the support you need to get back into shape! The workouts are intense but short enough to be just the right challenge!! In just 30 minutes a day you are doing something for yourself to help you be a better version of you!! Highly recommend tk fit!!
