Dr Munoz is worth the wait. Very attentive, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I was frustrated with my condition so I tried another dr and it just confirmed all of the above. Be patient (thus the term). Our Drs are outnumbered.

I came for a health screening I needed for work, which involved getting labs done (Lab On-Site major plus). It was my 1st visit, walk-in, so you can expect a longer wait to get your info in their system, etc. Case in point, once they call you in to see the doc, everything progressed quickly and smoothly, and everyone was super nice and cooperative, I got Dr. Rocha. I arrived at 7:30 am and left at 10:45 am, doctor seen and lab samples drawn. Recommend.

I have called over a dozen times in the last two days. No one will answer the phone and theres no way to leave a message.

I have 2 elderly parents that I take care of. I have at times needed to call the clinic. And believe me no one ever answers the phone on the first, second or third try and if they do, its a machine. When I have personally been there at the front desk being waited on by the receptionist, her phone is ringing constantly off the hook and she is impervious to its ringing. Maybe they should hire some temp help, if they are overwhelmed. This is so rude, uncaring and so unprofessional.

I am trying to help an older friend to get her prescription sent to the pharmacy, I dont understand why they havent called it to the pharmacy. But when I call, I am put on hold for up to 30 minutes. IF I call at lunch time, they ask to leave a message, but the box is full!!!

Dr. Palafox is wonderful.
