Love, love, love 😍 All the staff is wonderful, super helpful, incredibly friendly and humble in the way they make you feel at home. They are also very informative and make you feel very comfortable, especially when it comes to getting a procedure done. They thoroughly prepare you in every way for anything you are doing and explain every step. I was scared for years to have anything done to my eyes but they made me feel so at ease and it was such a breeze. I highly recommend them. Thank you team! You gave me my eyesight back! ♥️

I did do some shopping around I had 3 other consultations but I decided to go here, it was the best choice in every aspect ☺️ everything about this place was great they made me feel so comfortable and confident in the procedure I opted for Lasik surgery. Dr. Foote is the best. The problem is with scheduling appointments. The staff over books so be prepared to wait 90 minutes beyond your appointment time. The best way around this is schedule morning appointments ONLY. Everyone is very professional and the facility is state of the art.

This is my lasik experience review.I went in on October 1st for an annual eye exam. All staff were very friendly and the cleanliness is great. All patients and staff must wear a mask, there is hand sanitizer everywhere, patients must wash hands before being seen, and all equipment is wiped down prior to use. During my appointment I asked about lasik and was able to immediately speak to someone who went through all procedure and financial options. They were kind enough to schedule me for an appointment on October 9th. At my appointment I was seen by David who is very friendly and breaks down everything which made me feel at ease. He also informed me they had a special for law enforcement and government which brought my total under $4k. This includes follow-ups for 6 months. My next appointment was on October 12th where they ran all tests again, set me up with CareCredit (0% interest for 18 months!), and I began taking my eye drops. My lasik prosecute was on October 15th. (They have procedures every Thursday of the week). My boyfriend was able to watch the entire procedure and record it from a separate room through a window. David was there and continued to explain everything which is soooo appreciated when you cant see. They send you home with a backpack containing coupons, goggles, and sunglasses. My eyes did sting for a few hours until I fell asleep but its now the next morning and I came for my follow-up appointment. Im 20/20 in my right and 20/15 in my left. Vision will continue to improve over 24 hours so theyre going to get better throughout the day. But Im so satisfied I was eager to already write a review.Sun Laser is a wonderful office with knowledgeable doctors and staff members. I am so happy I came here and I will recommend them to all my friends and coworkers moving forward.

Went in to get Lasik and had a fantastic experience. All staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. No questions were left unanswered and I always felt comfortable there. Building was clean and kept sanitary.I highly recommend Sun Laser!

I had a very good experience here at Sun Laser Vision Center. The staff is very helpful and great customer service. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail about the survey. Dr. Foote did a wonderful job on my PRK surgery. I’m so happy I was finally able to get the survey done. My husband went to get PRK done there and it was the BEST experience ever! The staff was excellent and knew what they where doing! David was so helpful and patient with us! Cindy was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend going to get any other your eye needs done here!

I have to say that I recommend Dr. Foote and their staff to anyone. When I first made the appointment Cindy and David were extremely helpful and friendly. I had always wanted to get Lasik but it scared me to get this done. I had applied to the border patrol and unfortunately I got disqualified due to my vision. That’s when I decided to go ahead and do a change. When I met Dr. Foote he explained the entire procedure, and upon the time of my Lasik surgery he talked me throughout the entire procedure which helped ease my nerves. Dr. Foote is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and takes his time explaining things or even answering some concerns you may have. This has been one of the best decisions I have ever made and thanks to this I am now in the U.S. Army. My vision is perfect and my glasses are currently in the trash all together with my contacts LOL. Everyone in the office including the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. I recommend this facility and Dr. Foote to all my family and friends!

I set up an appointment for a LASIK consult, we ended up doing a PRK procedure. I had no pain or discomfort throughout the whole process. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable about what they are doing,. Very sanitized place too!I highly recommend this place for any laser procedures 🙌🏼. Thank you David and Dr. Foote.

I could not have regular Lasik, I was so blind and it kept getting worse every year. Dr. Foote suggested ICL. It sounds scary but it was so easy and not at all painful. His staff is awesome, yes each appointment has a wait but it is so worth it for a great outcome.

Ive had to use my readers for about 3 years now. If youve ever had to use them, you know what a pain it is to depend on them to read anything. I found out about a procedure, called Karma Inlay, being done at this vision center. So, I went in to see if I was a candidate. Luckily for me, I was! The surgery was painless and quick. In less than 24 hours I was able to read small print again. I have been set free!!! I highly recommend this to anyone who is ready for that freedom. Great doctor, staff and facility. Ive been impressed since the first time I walked in. El Paso is lucky to have a place like this.

Well I very rarely do this but this is just to enlighten future customers. Ive gone here before, and the staff is very nice and professional, treated me well. In the past I needed a new eye glass prescription, and went to them, and they are 100 percent accurate on getting you the right prescription eye glasses, and Ive used them for the contact lenses exam also 100 percent accurate. To be clear there are two different exams when you want a new prescription for glasses, and a new prescription for contact lenses. So youre looking at spending a pretty penny which is fine if you want both exams. However, I dont normally buy eye glasses that often and usually replace my glasses probably...no joke every 10 years, its the contact lenses I need every year, with a new prescription. So this recent visit I was very disappointed, I specifically called to set up an appointment for a new contact lense exam, the front office staff I booked the appointment with approved the contact lense exam, and I told them I dont need a eye glass exam, and they said that is fine. Well unfortunately when I went in for my appointment, the staff was beating around the bush, and finally spit it out that I have to do an eye glass exam, and that I will be scheduled for the contact lense exam the following day or at a latter time. My problem, and what I take issue with is that the front office staff approved my appointment specifically for just the contact lense exam, and that should have been honored, but there reason for forcing me to take two exams was that its been over a year since I had my last exams at there office. So I was really considering just walking out but chose not to. In all honesty, had I known this was going to happen or if the staff was upfront with me or maybe better informed and told me that that is not possible to do just the contact lenses exam because its been over a year from the get go, I would have just said thank you but ill schedule a contact lense appointment elsewhere. This location its there policy, so you cant bypass the eye glass exam its mandatory if a years past. If its under a year you can do just the contact lense exam. So my advice to all that go here but want to skip the eye glass exam and go for just the lenses exam schedule your appointment specifically for the lenses before a year has surpassed from your previous exams (eye and lense) if you want to avoid the bs I encountered at this office (Almost positive they will change there policy to it is required to do both exams after 6 months after they see this review). Because after both your exams they will ask to reschedule you on the dot one year later, basically allowing them to hit you with the You have to do the eye glass exam, its mandatory before we can do the contact lenses exam. These 2 exams combined run a little over the 3 hundo mark. And for any future customers there are other places that will just do the contact lense exam, just be informed and aware, because what happened to me at this location also happened to another family member. I think its very disappointing and not right, had my appointment been honored, as it was when I originally set it up this wouldnt have been an issue.

Dr. Foote has handled my complicated, but not uncommon eye condition expertly and at the leading edge of research. He is easily one of El Paso’s best eye surgeons, if not the best. His work is at the forefront of this area’s field in eye health. While in his waiting room, I’ve seen people come in with cataracts, vision screenings, vision correction, tear drop placements, and intacts. He has stabilized my deteriorating vision in the one eye where this is an option, and thoughtfully kept from doing so in the other eye where vision loss is a risk. This is opposed to experiences I’ve heard about other surgeons who just press on to make a buck. I have since had other procedures done with Dr. Foote to better correct my vision and the results impress me every time. The doctors in the optical center have done a tremendous job of expertly fitting me with custom scleral lenses and I would have no problem recommending this clinic to anyone seeking a better view of life.

Dr. Foote did my lasik surgery and I can say I was truly impressed. Im also very happy I chose his office! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out their way to make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions! Dr. Foote is patient and calm and walked me through every step of the procedure which helped me stay calm. Dr Michael Foote is a Fantastic Doctor and His office runs so smoothly I am glad to be a patient of his for many years and especially now that my age is getting way up there. He sees and is so understanding of all the new issues happening with my eyes and in my total health. I work with Dr. Foote and about 3 years ago I had iLasik with him and the whole procedure was painless and so very worth it. Since I have been here I have yet to see anyone truly unsatisfied with the procedure in the 4 years I have worked here.

The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I had ilasik done in July. I was impressed with the procedure itself. It was in and out. Painless. As soon as I walked out of the clinic, my vision was instantly improved. Has discomfort the next 2 days, (which is normal,) & light sensitivity . It is soooo awesome to wake up and see! Definitely recommend the procedure with Dr. Foote.
