Took the time to really diagnose the issue I had. I have been to other places that just prescribed medication quickly and got you in an out. Country club actually cares about their customer. I highly recommend them.

Best clinic I’ve been to doctor was quick and straight to the point. Knew exactly was she was talking about ! She took the time to explain and got us on our way.

Tracy Short the helper at this facility is absolutely the worse. Hateful, sarcastic, and she doesnt have a clue when it comes to treating people with respect. She and her daughter tried to make us pay a 35 dollar missed office visit when we werent scheduled. We refused to pay the missed office visit and was going to leave when they relented and said they would waive the fee this time. The rooms were dirty with hair along the baseboards and just not a healthy looking medical environment. Being a Vietnam Vet and sent here by the VA I would tell veterans to be careful dealing with this place, they are not above board and will cheat you in a heartbeat.

Christina Hinojosa was a great nurse practitioner. They took us in 20 mins before closing and did an amazing job. My wife opened her elbow up and they took care of it. Will definitely come back here again for future issues. Very friendly as well!

Very helpful right away took care of me. First time going to this urgent care. Very friendly staff! Went for a really bad pain came to find out I had a infection on my gums. They help me with my pain right there and then! Very thankful!!!!!!! Life savers.!

The older male doctor is honestly a waste of time. Does not explain anything, doesn’t go over a plan of care and/or vitals with you. The younger female provider was amazing. She went over absolutely everything with you before discharging you. I went to this place because of convenience, not because of reviews and /or specialty. Additionally, no masks are worn by several personnel. I was getting COVID tested, and office staff were walking in the testing room with no masks. Coming from a medical family, it makes me sad that steps are not being taken seriously to slow the spread of COVID.

The wait for the doctor was short and sweet. But I was told would have results in four days and they said they would call me. Never heard from them. I called them 6 days later and a different person said would take up to 10 days. Again no one called. I called them 15 days after and all they could say was they didn’t know when the results would be in but that they would call me. Again never heard from them. Called again 26 days later and they said they did have results a week earlier yet they never contacted me, no apology or anything. These people should know that when someone goes in for testing it’s not for no reason, and causing them to worry about it or stress about a test result

Never again will I go to this Urgent Care Clinic.Went there for a deep cut that wouldn’t stop bleeding.My major comolaint is that thet were not observing COVID-19 precautions.1- I Walked in and some of the staff were not wearing a mask (in a health facility in the middle of a pandemia!). 2- Pens and clipboards were shared among everyone -patients included (without cleaning in between). Now this is a place that offers COVID-19 testing, so you would think they take precautions more seriously. 3- one staff member attempted to touch my wound without washing her hands or wearing a pair of gloves! 4- They had my vitals taken, and nowhere in sight did you see staff cleaning the instruments in between patients, before not after she had taken my vitals. 5- dr had no bedside manners; he walked in without knocking (he was wearing a mask), did not introduce himself, and proceeded to examine my hand without gloves!!! (And I did not witness him washing his hands, though I hope he did). 6- he proceeded to drop a sealing liquid onmy wound (without washing the wound or cleaning the blood off), then said ok you can leave. Did not give me any further instructions. Nothing. 7- facility itself was not the cleanest.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent service , the staff was very professional and friendly. Taking all precautions necessary. I got tested for Covid and got my results in 15 min. Thank God I came out negative. Visited 10/19/20 9:00 am

Horrible . My 22 year old daughter entered Country Club Urgent Care 2 months ago . This was in July of 2020 , when we were all very concerned about the COVID cases as we still are . My daughter entered the facility wearing a good mask . NO ONE in the office was wearing a mask . My daughter needed a test for strep throat . Of course she had to take off her mask in order to allow the nurse to take a scraping of throat tissue . The nurse , in her face , did not wear a mask . If this facility is so careless during a pandemic , I wonder how safe it is when there is no pandemic . I find their safety protocol during this pandemic unprofessional and egregious.After calling to find out why masks are not a part of their safety protocol , the receptionist was extremely rude . After experiencing the unsafe procedures and then the terrible rudeness , my family will not be returning.

Excellent service and they are very nice, professional. Litterally no wait time and everything was quick and smooth. The Doctor was alone and he took care of everything without a problem. I highly recommend this place as well as Dr. John Short. He was patient, understanding, and thoroughly explained what was going on. Literally sat down next to me and explained everything. Dont waste your time here. The doctor clearly doesnt take his profession seriously. Talked to me for a minute and handed me a prescription. Just had attitude and acted like he knew it all.

The physician saw us before we could finish filling out paperwork! She was very thorough and put everyone to ease. As first timers, we definitely found our new place.

Theres no better Urgent Care that takes care of you like this one. I am always seen so quickly with little wait time (which is so important when you have a little one!) and it is SO AFFORDABLE unlike others I have been to. This is always my go to place when my family and I arent feeling well.

My husband broke his finger very early in the morning and was in a lot of pain. This place was the closest to the gym where the injury happened., so rather than drive farther to one of the other places weve used in the past, we decided to give this one a try. That was the best decision we could have made. We were so impressed with the service he received. First of all, the young man who was at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. The doctor who treated him was Dr. Short, and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional yet down-to-earth. He took care of the problem right away, and we were on our way in a short amount of time. Once home, his finger started bleeding so I called back just to be sure this was normal. They actually put the doctor on the phone to talk to me. When does this ever happen anywhere else? I am so impressed with this place and have recommended it to family, friends and co-workers. You definitely want to give this place a try the next time youre in need of an urgent care center!

John Short and his staff are very helpful, kind, courteous and always willing to help in any way. I really appreciate their hours, and they are even open on holidays. I Highly recommend Country Club Urgent Care!

We simply love coming to them for our medical needs , for a family like us that does not have any health insurance their prices are great. Their P.As and doctors are amazing, very knowledgeable in their field, friendly, professional and kind. We highly recommend them. Not to forget their business hours are amazing!!!!

Hours of operation on Google and posted at their window shows 0700 until 2200 hrs. I got there at 2150 hours and that place was a ghost town, lights completely off and the doors locked. I called their number and I left a message. I got a text message from them and they advised me that they take their last patient at 2130, so they should change the hours of operation to 2130 not 2200 hrs. Very unprofessional.

Needed to go to this Urgent Care for my son last week and Ill definitely be coming back! There was hardly a wait and the girls in the front were so nice & helpful! Its not easy taking care of a child that is sick. The doctor was also so nice to my son & the medication helped right away! Thank you to everyone at this clinic, I appreciate everything :)

I visited Country Club Urgent Care a couple of weeks ago for a slightly embarrassing gynecological issue. There was little to no wait time. The front desk staff and MAs were very friendly and attentive. The best part about my visit there was dealing with Cristina Hinojosa APRN. She was everything you would want in a medical practitioner. She was kind, caring, thoughtful, funny, confident and had excellent bedside manner. She really knows her stuff too! More importantly, she helped me with my issue and I felt better the moment I left the clinic. They sent me a text message the next morning asking how I was feeling and if I had any further questions. It’s unfortunate that Cristina Hinojosa APRN practices on the west side of town as I live in the lower valley, but, if I have the time and gas to go see her, I definitely will.

There is a reason this place has 3 stars. Stay away.The reason that this establishment does not have any of my patient records is that I left before a record could be created. I assure you that I attempted to receive medical care; however, the front desk staff was extremely rude. Rather than deal with her horrid attitude while I was in pain, I asked for my insurance card back and left. I took my business to Upper Valley Urgent Care on Redd Rd. A bit of advice? Send your staff to their facility for training!

We went here yesterday. The distance is a little out there from the NE side. The lobby could be dated some. The check in process was fast. The PA was to the point and nothing less. Wed come back if needed.

In & out in less than an hour! Staff was super friendly & efficient. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommend! Thank you.

The only good thing to say about this place is how nice the receptionist/nurse that took my vitals was. The doctor never introduced himself, and literally only saw me for about one minute, walked out and came back in with a prescription and a paper that said my diagnosis, said the nurse would give me a shot, and left. Nothing else. Will not be coming here again.

Disappointing. I honestly felt that nobody, including the PA, were confident in their abilities. I left doubting the whole visit and am considering visiting Upper Valley Urgent Care for a second opinion. Now I know why I was the only client there.

I ended up at this urgent care because my doctor does not see patients on Wednesdays. Dr. Short was great, very personable and put me at ease. Im now thinking of making CCUC my primary care provider. It was very clean and customer service was great. I definitely recommend this urgent care, 5 stars!

I came in with my 18 month old who had sliced her finger open and was screaming in pain. There were no other patients there, and yet they made me fill out forms, while she was still screaming the WHOLE time and then they put us in a room where we waited for AN HOUR before the doctor finally came in and basically just told us she doesnt need stitches and left. THEN he had the nurse put PETROLEUM JELLY ON IT on it and a bandaid. Not even neosporin at least?! I could have done all this myself! Jesus! A complete waste of time. No bedside manner whatsoever. Completely inconsiderate. Never again.

So I am brand new till El Paso and a registered nurse. I am semi ashamed to say that I do not have insurance. When I called to ask what they charged without insurance the woman on the phone was so polite and explained they had a list of prices depending on what I was going to have done. She said there was an initial fee that the first time was one price but when or if I returned would be less expensive. I thought this was a great idea and when I walked into the urgent care she handed me the list and showed me what everything would cost. Most prices cheaper then what they were with insurance. How many times Ive gone to the doctor and been scared to receive the bill even when I did have insurance, let alone when I dont. I had literally no wait and was taken directly back. When the provider came in I couldnt have been more impressed. I will say nurses are awful patients, we think we know exactly what we need and that is what we want. The provider assessed me appropriately and had amazing bedside Manner, he made me feel comfortable. I read some of the quote, bad reviews, and Im kind of mind blown. I hate when providers think they are above everyone else because of their profession, thats one of the biggest reasons I tend to go to nurse practitioners. But this provider was so laid-back and understanding. He took the time to listen, he took the time to get to know me, and he knew the information I had given to his assistant, I cant tell you how uncommon this is. It is so hard to find a provider that looks at you as if you are a friend rather than him/her being above you. He truly cares, he is the one there open to close, to make sure he can sustain his prices. If you want to be in great hands, feel comfortable, and be respected this is a fantastic place to go, this is what care is supposed to be.

Professional and friendly staff. It helps that the primary physician (PA Short) has 25+ years of emergency care experience, from special forces army to numerous hospital emergency centers. I have personally been diagnosed/treated by him for years and am always amazed at his expertise. Several other Physicians work there as well with vast experience, their webpage is decent and has some background on each employee.

Went here because I needed to be seen that day. The dr was a JOKE! he came in wearing a faded T-shirt jeans and slippers!! No lab coat nothing identifying him as a medical professional. I will never go back. If you want to be comfy wear scrubs at least, not the clothes you mow the lawn in!

The nurses were very nice the service was pretty fast and the doctor actually listen to what I had to say as a patient. This urgent care is actually going to run tests, unlike Mountain View from las Cruces they did nothing to help me and this one is actually going to run test to see what is going on this one gave me hope to find out whats going on.

I have been seen Tracy Short -PA-C for my Thyroid problem for years and she is the only one that has regulated it and kept it controlled. THANK YOU!!! I used to see Dr. Strater, Endocronologist who is now semi retired and Tracy Short was training from him at the time. She knows me, my issues, my set backs and how to get me back up. I had a lump in my throat at one time that scared me to pieces, Tracey and Dr. Strater and BOTH came in to evaluate it. I was put through thorough tests and had a biopsy done and not cleared until I was told it was NOT CANCER. IT IS NOT A THREAT! I was given medication to reduce and heal the bump in my throat and explanations of what may have caused it. SO RELIEVED & GRATEFUL FOR CARING MEDICS!Dr. John Short on the Urgent Care side has helped my and mine during those I need a doctor for me or the kids and need to get back to work ASAP moments. They have a lab in house so VERY convenient. I drive from the East side clear across to the West side to be seen by someone who cares and listens to what is going on with me. If you know El Paso traffic and construction, that says ALOT!! Well worth my time. I honestly could care less what a doctor is wearing and/or if laid back or not, I go to get help and HEALED. When I didnt have insurance, they would send me on my way with samples =) Dont be afraid to speak up if you need the extra help, they understand the day to day struggle. Keep it up you guys, all of you - great clinic!

I swear Doctor John has slowly become our primary care physician! We go to him for almost everything! We went today and he was wearing his white coat and I told him I liked the military/Special Forces medic look better. Yes, a Special Forces Medic...doesnt get better than that! But whatever the look...same amazing care as always. He took the time to explain to us what the problem was and is reluctant to give meds even though he could have just pacified us. I like that he only gives meds when really needed and he is straight up with whatever is going on. BTW, no wait, clean place and the staff is SUPER nice!!! Thanks for being there for us...again!

Cold unwelcoming reception by receptionist, on Christmas night!When we handed her our Aetna card she gave it back and said we are only taking medicare plans. No other explanation, no other expression or recommendations. We walked out with a cold feeling and probably better we didnt stay there.She may not have wanted to be there on Christmas day but I didnt set her schedule!Went up the road to Sun City Emergency and it was great from the welcome to the treatment!!

Make sure you call ahead. From my own experirnce, and another review here, its clear that they dont honor their posted business hours. We drove from across town, got their 15 minutes before 10, and the place was already locked up.

I took my son in on a Friday night at 9pm. The posted business hours clearly state that they are open until 10pm, and the neon open sign was l on. Yet, as I approached the front desk, the girl behind the counter shook her head and said Im sorry, but were not open, continuing to explain that we decided to close early that night.

My husband had a UTI. Got in and out within one hour as a new patient. Only $83 for visit & test! They were fast and kind. Parking lot is a disaster and the waiting area is a little dated, but with that kind of service, its worth the hassle. (Just dont go to the Walgreens across the street when you are done with your RX!!!!)UPDATE: had to go back: his UTI recurred... Second visit was less cost because we were returning patients :) In and out in less than 45 minutes :) Parking lot is in better shape now. And to the person who complained they dont honor their hours: I heard someone call and ask about hours and the woman answering the phone was very explicit in telling them while they are open until 10 p.m., AND that they dont accept new patients after 9 p.m. Do some due diligence and inform yourself before you misrepresent the situation.

Went to the place at 9:35 the nurses or whatever they are called, just looked at me when im signing in and i asked them if they were still open half hour before close time and they said no just because they were chatting with some guy. I dont plan to go back there again.

My husband and I went around 9:45pm for a possible broken hand. We were seen within 10-15 minutes, but the doctor never truely explained to me or my husband the diagnosis. Everytime we asked a question, we never truely were given an answer. 😕 If youre like me, and want an in depth explaination, I would not recommend this place. Sorry.

Worst doctor Ive ever seen. $80 copay and they did absolutely nothing for me. Avoid going here if possible
