Once I actually get to see the medical staff, they’re wonderful, caring, and helpful. The wait times are horrible. What is the point of having an appointment if walk-ins are seen before me? I’m now an hour and a half past my wait time when I was the only person on the sign in sheet with an appointment for 8:30. For this reason, I will not come back. It’s like this every time I come. A five to ten minute visit takes no less than three hours because I have to wait behind walk-ins. They need a dedicated walk-in staff and a dedicated appointment staff, period.The medical staff is very nice. The way the office is run in regards to walk-ins and appointments is horrible. Don’t offer appointments if the appointment is treated like a walk-in. Go anywhere else if you want to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. This has happened every time I’ve come, which is every six weeks for labs and a week later for follow up.

Never again. Here for a follow up and been waiting 3 hours. Still havent been seen by the doctor. Second time this happens. Waiting room is hot with limited seating, full of people they expect you to wait in your car. 3 hours? Also had an appt. Dont matter if you make an appt. Ridiculous.

Had an appointment at 3:15 didn’t get seen by a doctor until 6:30 was told everytime I asked that I was next, waste of my time it wasn’t until I left that I was told to come back because the doctor was just about to see me.

This is excessive!!! Wait 2+ hours? For an appointment and was in for about an hour. Came back weeks later for results and have been waiting 3 hours . My car ac doesn’t work well and I’m out in the heat for hours. This is not right!

Very disappointed at this clinic, HOLD time is excessive, do not recommend.

The doctor was a wonderful help once we did get to finally see her, however the clinic itself is a disappointment and we will not return. The waiting room and exam rooms are run-down and dingy. The office staff hardly communicate, and did not fully understand my insurance (tricare). They also failed to notify me, until the doctor mentioned it during the appointment, that they do not have immunizations on hand for well child checkups... Forcing you to take your child to a separate immunization clinic for their shots, which does not make sense. I would have cancelled the appointment had I know that prior to scheduling. Finally, the wait times are absolutely unacceptable - we waited over two hours to be seen by the doctor, on more than one occasion. And all that for the doctor to be in the room for less than ten minutes. As a pediatric clinic, it makes very little sense. Nothing about the clinic is particularly child friendly. My children were ready to climb the walls by the end of the appointment. I’m certain the clinic does not care whether we return or not, but I have worked in the medical field before and know that they will not retain patients if they continue to be unprofessional and disorganized.The clinic would be wise to consider:• Communicating wait times with patients (as well as apologizing for unexpectedly long waits).• Stop overbooking their schedule.• Start setting aside time to clean and organize their facilities.• Putting their staff through customer service training.

Do not waste your time. Even though, I was able to get an appointment quickly, the wait time at the office was extremely long. I waited 2,5 hours before I left without seeing the doctor. The office staff was not welcoming and there was little to no communication. The front desk staff was snappy and moody. It makes you feel as you want to turn around and leave as soon as you enter. This unwelcoming atmosphere extends throughout the entire office. The waiting room is extremely small and during times of COVID-19 there was not enough room to stay in a safe distance from others. Neither, were the chairs cleaned in between or the pens at the front desk. The pens were in a container and everyone used the same pens over and over without proper disinfection. The exam room was dingy. This office should invest in properly train employees in customer service and invest in remodeling. This are the factors that establish a first impression before people even get to see the doctor. They doctor could have been nice and competent but I did not get to meet the doctor so I cannot say nothing about her.

The staff is kind but the I was waiting for hours in my car waiting to be seen.

Dr Griego is fantastic. And the great service, care, and convenience keeps us glad this clinic is here when needed.

This practice is nothing close to ethical. I had quite a few exams done and the ones I didnt approved the staff still proceeded with them overcharging me and ordering exam results I didnt agree to get done. Bad management, front desk staff with attitudes and to their witt the chief nurse manager quit before I was about to sue but Ive been so sick I dont have that time and money for a lawsuit. Wish I could rate with a zero for a star.

Just don’t go here ,it’s not worth it ,what’s the point of an appointment if you just going to waiting for hours 🙃

The wait was incredibly long. I waited 4 hours for a sports physical, and the exam itself lasted 2 minutes. The staff upfront is not very friendly and the office space is run down.

I changed to this clinic because my kids previous pediatrician of 10 years would take almost 4 hours to get seen, little did I know it was the worst decision to make. The staff (not including the doctor) is non welcoming and everytime I would try to get through them thru the phone it was a hassle. I myself, was there as a patient, got some tests done to see about my thyroid. I was not in the state to get my results in person, I called them to let them know to see if I could get them thru the phone, I NEVER GOT THOSE RESULTS even tho I called every other day to speak with the doctor.The most recent problem Im still having, mind you, I already changed pediatricians again, is they keep charging me for a balance that I have already paid and I have receipts of. They kept sending letters to pay up or my account would be sent to collections, and I kept calling them to let them know whats up, (always a struggle to get thru the phone with them) they would tell me to just disregard the letters. Now Im getting letters from a collection agency! I have never been late on any kind of payment and have not left anything unpaid. And they still tell me to just disregard the letter! What the hell! Do not recommend this office clinic at all AT ALL.

Ive been here more than 2 hours just to get test results!! I love the care my children recieve here but the staff up front are just so freaking rude. I asked for more toilet paper and she rolled her eyes, sighed and said give me a second. Then my daughter was twisting and turning because she didnt want the shot and this medical assistant was just so condescending, loud with her and just had 0 compassion. I havent seen Ms. Griego (shes amazing) but her nurse practitioner is just as good. Its just the ladies at the front you have to get through

Well I wanted to give the hiring manager a bad review very unprofessional. For interviewing and going back to clinic and tell her staff what was said on the interview that is supposed to be confidential not spread around the clinic. Something needs to be done about this

Horrible experience. The night before I came here, I was in the ER twice but was told to see my primary doctor ASAP. “Luckily”, I had an appointment the next day. This clinic opens at 8 am, I started calling since 7:55 am and didn’t answer the phone till 8:15 am. I only visited this clinic once and that was it. Staff is not nice or friendly, they always have attitudes and are not helpful at all. I arrived early for my appointment and waited an hour and 30 mins to be taken in then waited 30 more minutes to see the doctor. Staff didn’t wear face masks and did not have sanitizer available.

Annette has a good soul. She cares! She has always made the calls necessary to get things moving when the VA was being dumb. She has given me every referral I’ve asked within reason and thoroughly goes over labs and results with me. I got upset and blamed her staff for some issues due to incorrect third party information; but she remained professional and worked through it with me, always keeping my health priority. This is a woman who drives to the hospital to do rounds with her patients all night after working all day. In El Paso that’s hard to find. I’ll be switching to the main VA because they (the VA) are horrible at following up on my referrals through this office - so switching makes life easier - but I’ll miss Annette.

The dr is great! I love her! But the waiting time is terrible....they need to stop overbooking. Last time I waited about 3 hrs just to be seen for maybe 5 minutes. Also the girl in the front very unfriendly

The front desk administration is laughable. When I walked in with my children nobody greeted us. Not even one person with a smile on their face. They looked like they were miserable working. I was told to arrive early to fill out paperwork and still had to wait over an hour before we could see the doctor.I was told I had to pay first before seeing the doctor. That’s understandable as you don’t want a patient to walk out without paying. However, there was no ‘thank you.’ She just took my card, ran it, told me to sign and handed it back to me. She also didn’t say one word to me when she handed me back my ID later on.We were seen by Ms. Monica, who was polite and courteous. She gave my son his sports physical and was very detailed. She even told him everything she was going to do before she did it and asked if we had any concerns or questions.Overall the entire appointment was more than 2 hours and we were seen for 5 minutes. I can understand if the office is busy and wait times are expected; however, there needs to be clear communication with your patients or at least a “We’re sorry for the wait.”I crossed paths with 4 members of their staff, not one person said hello, thank you or have a nice day. You don’t have to like your job but you’re the first face a patient sees when they walk into your office. That first impression sets the tone for how patients perceive your office. Jobs are hard to find in El Paso and if you can’t find it in yourself to professionally put a smile on your face, then hand your job over to someone who will.I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your medical needs.

My sister had a 2:30 pm appointment and it took all the way until 4:55 pm just to get a room to be seen by the doctor this is no way to run a clinic a total waste of time booking an appointment absolutely awful and disrespectful to patients

The waiting time is awful I waited 3-4 hours just to get a check up I only like the doctors the nurses are sometimes in bad modes so.e are kind some are rude good thing Im moving to another one.

THIS PERSON IS NOT A DOCTOR! Do your research on primary care docs. She is not working under a Dr. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE research your physicians!

I cannot think of a more thorough and caring doctor and staff than Dr. Griego and staff. She really cares about her patients and getting the right diagnosis. Thats why I would drive across town if I had to for their services.

Anette Griego told our daughter she had a sinus infection but when we went to an ear, nose, and throat doctor, our daughter was fine. For my wife, she did blood work and she told her she had to get hormone shots. My wife went to a doctor who specializes in hormones, and suprise! Her hormone levels are fine. We were also told that my wife and daughter was not the only patient to get a misdiagnosis from Griego. The front desk receptionist is very rude and shows that she hates her job. We were told that we would get a phone call for my daughters allergy test results. After two weeks, we called them only to be told to make an appointment just so we can be charged a co-pay again. I do not recommend this clinic or physician.

Griego is a fantastic, wonderful, caring Dr. Saved my life more than once. Absolutely love her.

Great staff and caring take the time really cater to their patients. You feel that they truly care and you are not just another patient.

My second appointment with Annette Griego. I think shes wonderful but who sets up an appointment at 1 and staff nor office is open for you to wait in waiting area. It upset me even more to see other people waiting out in the parking lot with this heat. Elderly people, a man in a wheelchair and a lady with her new born child waiting outside and it was pass 15 minutes after 1! If you dont value my business Ill gladly take it else where. Remember you have a running business because of your clients! Very unprofessional and disappointing!

Waiting room too small and the wait time is ridiculous with little to no communication. I left before I had a chance to see the doctor. The doctor could be great, but the poor communication and lack of punctuality is just unsat!!

My first time here and I am very impressed with the well run and sweet staff and I recommend this doctor to anyone

Very long wait and no customer service at all, we waited over an hour and a half just to be told that the vaccines we needed arent available. We pretty much went in, pay and wasted time, to be told how old my kid is, his height and weight. very small waiting area and rooms.
