Took my son here and he now LOVES to go to the dentist. Staff is very nice, courteous, and helpful. The week day dentist is awesome too! They help me understand the procedure and they accept payment plan which for me was a huge help. They have lots of things to keep the kids busy. Will be transferring the rest of my kids here.

Amazing place place to bring the kiddos to get their teeth cleaned, Nadia and Dr. Crandall were very honest and detailed about what was going on with my daughters teeth. They gave great tips on how to take better care. Explained everything I loved the bedside manner they both showed they were patient with her when she started moving around so much. I’m very happy with them wonderful service.

By far the BEST dentist office we’ve ever been to! The atmosphere is perfect for all ages…I wish they took adult patients lol. The patience and care is A-1! Great experience!!! Assistant was so sweet and caring and patient. My toddler opened up and was very cooperative. Dentist was wonderful and patient. Allowed us to handle equipment to take the fear away. My kiddo got ice cream after and enjoyed all the goodies she got (water bottle-toothbrush-toothpaste-floss-teeshirt) I also loved all the entertainment options during the waiting period! The arcade was lots of fun. They also have a theater, a soft climbing area for tots, a train, a merry go round, and more! Great friendly staff. Excellent dental care. Great with kiddos.. I always enjoy our visits! My son is under 3 years old so we see them every 3 months and it is always pleasant. While you wait there are plenty of games and things to do so your child always stays entertained. Once you get called into a room they have TVs with movies on and from that point its a quick in and out. The nurses and doctors answer all my questions and they give you treats as you leave. The most recent nurse that helped us, Nadia, was PHENOMENAL! She helped us and was kind to my son. Thank you Nadia for being great with my son and being so friendly!

Loved this dentist office. Staff was very friendly and took care of switching my daughters insurance. The dentist assistant and Dentist went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and they both made sure i understood the dental plan. plenty of parking around the building. The best part is the huge arcade where kids can play while waiting to be called as well as a Ferris wheel after the appointment they provide snacks and a toy. Highly recommend taking your kids here 100 percent!!!!

I highly recommend Texas Kids Dental Care! My husband and I had concerns about my daughter’s gums being dark, so I called and got an appointment for the following day. That was fast. The staff was very friendly. Nadia, one of the RDA’s, was super sweet. Loved her energy. She was very thorough with explaining the treatment plan to us. Dr. Payne was funny; he made my daughter feel comfortable. Angel, RDA, did her cleaning, and he was caring to her needs. The entire experience for us was exceptional.

This location always exceeds my expectations. My kids absolutely love coming here! The dental work is always good & the doctors are so nice. In the front amber in particular always goes out of her way to make sure we are comfortable and getting all the help we need and makes sure all our questions are answered. I have a one year old who doesn’t like anyone near him, this place makes him feel good, yes he cries during checkups but the staff and doctors are patient with him. They always make sure he leaves happy with a toy or a balloon. We love coming to this dentist office with doctor James Payne, and the staff is amazing, they always make you feel welcome. Just took my 2yr old (Emma) for a regular check up this morning, and I couldnt be happier. The nurses and Dr. were very nice. I regret not paying attention to the nurse name who took care of my daughter, since he was incredible with Emma. Explaining to her everything he was doing in a way she understood which made her feel very comfortable. I also received really good information on how to better take care of her teeth. 100% recommend!!

100% the best dentist office in El Paso! Staff is amazing and friendly, the wait time is short. Theirs games and ice cream. You wouldn’t even think it’s a dentist office. Very patient with both my daughters especially with my oldest one who gags at everything. My daughters love to come to the dentist and look forward to it. It not only has a friendly, safe, and good environment it is fun while the kids wait. So they dont mind the wait at all and actually wish they could wait longer. We had a great experience! From the time we walked in to the time we left, nothing but great staff members and a clean facility. Greeter Arturo answered questions about facility and turned on carousel and train to ride. Ladies at front desk also very fast and helpful. Doctor Timothy was friendly and knowledgable about treatment and questions on future treatment and oral care for my child. Cynthia the Dental assistant was gentle while doing x-rays and cleaning. Also being able to be there in the room was great. All in all awesome experience and we will be coming back! Keep up the good work!!!!!

When your kids actually enjoy going to the dentist, they must be doing something right. Aside from all the fun arcade games, the playground, the toys, and the ice cream, my kids really like the staff. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The first time we came here we were amazing- I’ve never been to a dentist office that has an arcade and carousel 🎠The gentleman that greets you when you walk in has a great personality and helps start the rides for the kids. The ladies up front help with no attitude or problem. The doctors explain any issues thoroughly and the dental assistants are kind and answer any questions asked with no problems. This place is great and I recommend them 100% 🙌🏼 Also you are able to get ice cream after your visit 🙌🏼 Today they received balloons and bubbles as well- such a great place to take your kids to the dentist

We visit this location since 3 or 4 years ago. This place is not the same as our last visit in January, They’ve changed staff and services are terrible without mentioning the bad attitude. I took my kids this weekend and had a bad experience with their toot care. My old son was hurt during the tooth cleaning and now they don’t have available appointments to check what they’ve done, they suggested that I go as a walk-in and that’s mean to wait for hours. No Thank You! my kids and I don’t want to waste time.

Both of my kiddos truly enjoyed their to visits today. We just moved here and I was referred by someone. We were surprised to have fun at what is usually a much more stressful event. Everyone was very kind. They seemed to all be upbeat and actually happy to be there. My children fed off their energy and it made the experience better for us all. We were there for a while but this was to be expected as new patients and filling out forms. Overall we had a great experience and felt like they were informative and gentle with both girls.

The train, carousel and arcade are all awesome until they missed telling me one of my twins had an extra tooth. Not once did they advise me of it causing it to stunt the rupture of her permanent tooth. And maybe needing more treatment because of it. Long treatment. I hope this helps someone... try another dentist. We went to Star kids dental and they have been AMAZING!!

Well I usually get my teeth cleaning and leave but today was a very good day. The woman/nurse greeted me with proper etiquette and we joked around a little. My experience at this particular location felt as if I was a 5 year old boy yet again 5/5 Definitely coming back.

My kid loves it here! We had switched at my little ones request to come here after Texas Kids Dental went to talk to his class about healthy teeth and proper oral care. Its been 5 years now and we continue to come here. The staff is awesome every time. There is no hassle of waiting for hours. They are efficient and no nonsense. Nothing but the best experiences here visit after visit. The playground is a bonus. You even get a complimentary fresh baked cookie or ice cream cone!

I want to thank Dr. Jennings for doing an awesome job on my fillings, I also want to thank Angel and Edgar for their patience and their explanation of everything!

This place is awesome. My daughter loves coming here to play or watch movies in the theater. Her favorite thing to do here is the train ride and Caresol. Theres free ice cream and massage chairs for the parents. They have events or crafts sometimes, always free. They are very professional.

I never post any reviews but I have to admit that TX Kids Dental on Joe Battle have given me the best customer service as well as them treating my son as one of there own. As when I walk through the doors me and my son are greeted the time goes by so fast you don’t realize how fast they call you! The entire staff from the receptionists, nurses, and doctor have been fantastic! We can’t forget the playground, treats and toys that my son likes as well! During COVID things have really changed so I find it comforting as a mother that they find a way to make children of all ages there priority and to be safe.

When we first arrived my kids and I fell in love with this place because of all the intertainment there could be even with a pandemic. Once you get in there it can be so much fun for kids and adults such as there being games,arcades, and playgrounds for the kids there is also relaxing messaging chairs for parents while waiting. Also due to the pandemic there are lots of shortage on most stuff there but as always that doesn’t stop them from making Texas kids Dental Care a special and fun place for everyone.

My girls were patients for years but this last year they canceled my appointments with out notice and in the last time I call to make an appointment for extraction and they did a cleaning and doctor say that they never put on her file it was for extraction when since I got there I show the order from orthodontist. doctors are good but administration its bad on appointments they dont respect appointments i changed dentist because of them.

My son has been a patient at Texas Kids Dental since his first tooth came in and he LOVES the dental visits. The customer service is awesome, Dr. Jennings always goes above and beyond. When it comes time to take X-rays and teeth cleaning they handle my child with compasssion and patience. My son loves the train ride, the arcade area and especially the prizes and ice cream. We are super happy patients, and I highly recommend anyone with a child to come here!

This was our second visit to the Joe Battle location. Our first visit was phenomenal that is why we decided to return. This trip was ridiculous. We arrived at 9:50 am for a 10 am appointment. We were not seen until 10:40! And only after I finally asked at the front desk when we would be seen because it was so late after our appointment time. While we are sitting in the exam room waiting, I received a call from the very dental office we were at to tell is they were ready to see my son ?!?! I inform them we are already sitting in a room and the caller just hangs up. We get x-rays, see the dentist for a few minutes get a cleaning none of which takes more than a total of 20 minutes combined. Then we are asked to sit in the waiting room to make a follow-up appointment. We sit for a while and never get attended so at this point we have been there two hours for an appointment that was just a cleaning! I left without a follow up appointment being made and just asked to be called but this experience makes me not want to return. There was no excuse for the absurd amount of time it took. I am hoping this was just an off day for them because my son is on the spectrum and thrives on consistency and it would be hard to switch his dentist after being seen here. Ugh!

Texas Kids Dental has been the best place I have taken my kiddos. There Staff and Doctor are amazing and so friendly. We had the opportunity to go during this pandemic time and everyone was so cautious. I really enjoyed the care the had for the kids. They gave my little ones face masks even though we had ours. The time spent in the office was not long at all. I enjoy going to this clinic because they explain everything while the kids are being evaluated.

A little over 3 months ago, my boys and I were there for a routine dental cleaning. While I was waiting on my boys, I received a call. A call no mother ever wants. I was in the waiting room when I found out my oldest son had passed away. I asked for my other two boys and tried to leave. A sweet young woman(assuming she was a dental assistant or office clerk) followed me out to my car and asked me to stay. She told me she was concerned for myself and my boys, if I drove home. I was hysterical. She offered to walk me back in and put me into a private room. For 45 minutes she sat by my side, holding my hand while I waited on my husband and neighbor to pick us up. At anytime she could’ve walked out and left me to deal with my news. She cared for me and my family. This is a prime example of how wonderful this office is. They may specialize in dentistry but that was superseded by their willingness to help me out and care for not only my boys but myself on that dreadful day. Thank you will never be enough!

I’ve been coming here for years and they always treat us like if we’re family. So welcoming! Extremely patient with our kiddos. They always make sure that my kids are comfortable and that their experience makes them look forward to their next checkup. Before ending up here, I had tried other pediatric dentists in El Paso, and they never amazed me and treated my kids the way TKDC does. The whole staff is always so nice, and helpful. To top it off you always leave with some delicious ice cream and cookie. 🍪 and tons of goodies for your kids to smile the whole way back home 🙌🏻🙌🏻
