The girls in the front were so friendly, helpful & funny. The dental assistant was awesome & professional. The doctor was so chatty & down to earth, he made me feel so comfortable not to mention he’s a cutie. I totally recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dentist with an awesome atmosphere.

Like most people, I dreaded going to the dentist in past years. However, I started going to Pershing Dental and Dr Patel, his assistant Angel, and the rest of the staff has made going to the dentist an extremely pleasant experience.After having not been to a dentist in a couple of years, I needed some major work done and everyone there was so completely wonderful, very personable and professional. They also happen to do great work there. Unfortunately Im really bad with names - I do remember Angel. Super helpful, remembers your last conversation. Even when it was weeks ago. Ive been here twice now and they are very quick, friendly, and considerate of your feelings and health. I had been scared of going to the dentist for so many years and kept pushing it back until I decided enough was enough! The staff all the way from the time they pick up the phone for your appointment to the time you walk out of your appointment are all so kind and you can tell theyre really there for their patients. I am very happy with the service and friendliness of all the staff I was a new patient and definitely the best place I have ever been in. I had a cleaning with dr Diana and some fillings the same day with Dr Gross they gave me options if I wanted to get the whole thing the same day or come back. The staff is wonderful, and Dr. Patel is fantastic. Saira made the xray procedure fast and easy. Dolores assisted Dr. Patel with my fillings and was awesome. Diana performed my deep cleaning and checked with me throughout the entire procedure to make sure I was doing okay. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking oral pain relief or even just a routine checkup.

From the time that you walk into their facility, you are greeted with nothing but smiles and great customer service. The young lady at the reception area was great (I didnt catch her name). Once you are in the treatment area, the great customer service continues. Diana, Miriam and Dr. Patel all worked on my teeth for several hours and every step of the way they were concerned with my comfort and well being. On the business side of things, they have Gloria, who is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of insurance and provided me with all my options. She was great! The front office girls - Felicia and Gloria are absolutely sweet, patient, answer all your questions and are so knowledgeable and friendly. The assistant Saira (sorry if mispelled) does great work and is very understanding. Dr. Neil Patel has been 100%, hands down THE BEST dentist Ive been to in my life. He is sweet, extremely smart and Intelligent, does phenomenal work and actively listens. He knows how to make the patient calm and comfortable as well. I will be coming back to this location again and again and HIGHLY recommend it. ((I had a cleaning, root canal and whitening.)) Amazing experience! They really do care about their patients. GO HERE!

Dr. Patel did amazing work to save me from root canals, and I really appreciated how he showed me my x-rays and thoroughly explained everything. I returned for a cleaning and it was a very pleasant experience as well. Although I only just started visiting Pershing Family Dental, theyve made me feel like Ive been going there for years.

A buisness is only as good as the people who run it, and the staff of Pershing exceed expectations. Everyone who works here is super friendly, polite, respectful and great at their jobs. The Dentists do a gentle yet speedy job and they truly try their best to make it as comfortable as an experience as possible. I have nothing but good experiences whenever I come to this dentist. The staff is always so patient, kind and knowledgeable. The dentists really do a great job keeping their patients comfortable during this usually very uncomfortable experience. Theyre a good conversation and they do fantastic with their dental work. Ive never had such gentle mouth work done and I really appreciate it. Theyve helped me come a long way from being afraid of the dentist, to looking forward to my next cleaning! I cant stress enough how much I appreciate the staff for their friendly attitude. It really helps create a peaceful enviroment to feel more comfortable in. Good prices, amazing customer service, great dental care and a phenomenal atmosphere. *BEWARE* SHADY!!! Revising to a 1 star...went back . Still no accountability. Had me sit in a room for over an hour to tell its not their fault and that I have to pay close to $200 to extract the tooth that they damaged WITH A DISCOUNT. Staff was really nice till I told them my insurance was going to run out. Made appointments I didnt approve. Had to go back three times to have filling adjusted and I finally gave up. My teeth still hurt worse than when I had cavities. Worst part is they didnt recognize a filling the female doctor did on one of my molars as being poorly done and the damage she caused to the coinciding molar. There was so much pressure that it finally gave out and now Im just walking around with a holy molar. Their only solution was sending me to another doctor but not taking any responsibility for the poor work that was done. I spent so much money here(even with insurance) that I am now trying to save to have their poor work redone in Juarez.

Dr Patel is a really good dentist and his staff here are all very nice Angel and Diana they treat you nice and do their job well.

Went there for a cleaning and office was very clean. Gloria was very helpful getting my insurance information and helping me figure out the best way to pay for the rest of my bill, inexpensive. I will definitely be back again!!

Poor service.,my daughter went to get a tooth extracted the dr was a total jerk and rude he cut her lip inside. And they sent her to another Dr. This is not good bussines. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
