Best Dentist Office in Northeast El Paso! The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Dr. Son did a very thorough exam and addressed all my concerns. Linette was very courteous and did a wonderful job taking my X-rays and photos. Fabian (dental hygienist) did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. He was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Great staff, felt very comfortable and calm during my root canal process. My procedure took several hours yet my nurse stayed after hours with me until I felt ok to leave. Thank you for your kindness 💜

Patriot Dental was so professional and looks to have all the latest technology and the clinic was extremely clean. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do and went over costs that were not covered by my insurance entirely, beforehand. I did not feel pressured on doing anything extra. The staff were warm and friendly and the dentist was exceptional and very gentle when I needed some fillings. I would definitely recommend Patriot Dental to anyone here in El Paso and to the military here they do take Tri Care.

We are a military family and my first impression was great. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I told them that tooth #4 would need to be a root canal. It was split in two. Made the appointment for consult and we agreed on the price. Paid part at the price at the time of consult would pay the rest at next appointment. Paid amount agree on then I get a call from the office person that they placed an implant it would be a 1050something. I was like what! I can’t afford 1000 more dollars so she told me to come back in and they could remove it! A root canal is bad enough I said I can’t do that. This is all in the same day of my root canal mind you. They call 2 other times with one wanting me to pay half of 1700smething .I paid my bill in full I don’t feel it is me that has to pay or go back and get cut on when they did not look at what needed to be done. And what was paid for. And Agreed to pay form the start!

I havent been to a dentist in about 10 years due to being TERRIFIED of going and needed to go when i was having pain they got me in the same day i was expecting to be berated and chewed out for not going in so long and not taking care of thing like i should have. They Were very nice and understanding reasssued me when i was very nervous. although my appointment didnt go as planned (difficulties with an issue i was having) i found the place i will go to from no on.

We are a military family and my first impression was great. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. When we went the first time to this dentist. I have asked if there Dentist is specialized in crowns. I was assured that he / she is. So I decided for me and my family to come to this location. I have to say I am very disappointed. I walked around with a temporary crown for almost 3 months do to the crown done by the Dentist where way and is still to big. I know she really tried. But unfortunately she has no experience in making crowns. I spoke with the office Manager Miss Jessica and she was very encouraging and scheduled me with another Dentist that works only on more difficult cases and Saturday’s she told me. ( I believe his name is Dr Ramirez) I had to request time off from Work to make the appointment on Saturday. The dental assistance tried to fix the big and high crown by shaping it down. I was in there for about a good hour and unfortunately the crown is still to high. The assistant then takes me to the front and I wasn’t even able to get to see the Dentist I came in for. I informed the office manager that I did not wanted to go on with my second crown and if they could refund me my money back. The office manager said sure. And she said you should be done with your treatment with us. I did not get my deep cleaning done that I had paid for as well. I requested to speak with the office operator back in December and to this DAY no one reached out to me. It seems to me that when I voiced my complaint they want to get rid of me. And problem solved for them.

I’ve been in El Paso for over a year and a half, I’ve been to a couple of other dental clinics. I have anxiety and trauma from my past, that cause me to panic at any doctor’s office. Patriot was so amazing, even through my fears they were all so kind. From the ladies at the front desk to everyone that helped my yesterday. I called at 2:30pm they had me into the office at 3:00pm. I have a full check up and even had a cavity filled, I was out of the office by 4:30. This clinic is truly amazing, I’m so glad to have finally found my dentist here in El Paso. Thank you Patriot for all of your kindness and help, I’m so happy!

They confirmed want I knew, when the other dentist was telling me lies because they just wanted to get my money. Wow! Backstory: I have major anxiety when it comes to dentists (like-legit odontophobia) and I HATE going to the dentist. I visited Patriot Family Dental 4/8 and it was a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. All of the staff were incredibly kind and professional. As the exam started the technician noted how anxious I was and assured me they would take care of me. ...some people dont realize how important your teeth are to how you feel about your self... she said. Letting me know just how well she understood me. When the doctor came in I felt that she really listened to me, as a person AND a patient. The hygienist who evaluated my gums also put me at ease by explaining everything she was about to do, as well as while she was doing it so there were no surprises. After the treatment plan was laid out I was given a very thurough and easy to understand plan for my dental needs. This place is where I will be going from now on. Im still anxious but I know Ill be in good hands.

The providers and staff at Patriot are amazing! They are always available for all of my dental needs. When I had horrible wisdom teeth pain they fit me in same day and I got them taken out that day as well! Also, when my schedule changes last minute they are very punctual on contacting me with a new appointment. If you need anything dental related they are your go to dental office!

First impression, clean! Friendly staff. I had forgotten my mask and they were kind enough to provide me one at the door. All staff was efficient and accommodating to my needs and schedule. Patriot Family Dental is THE ABSOLUTE WORST dentist that I have ever been to. The first appointment I had was for a simple cleaning. The hygienist, Regina, and the dentist was very professional and nice. I had a great experience for the cleaning. The next day, I was scheduled to come in for some filings. They did all the numbing that is required for filings, however, it took about 2 hours for the dentist to actually do the procedure on me. At that point he was just rushing through my cavities. During the procedure, they told me that they supposedly “found an extra cavity” and just went ahead a filled it for me. Once I was finished, I went to pay and they added an extra $50 onto the original amount that I signed off on. There was no type of proof that there was an extra cavity so patients BEWARE. It doesn’t stop there! Over the next couple days I started to have sensitivity where they had put my filing. I called the dental place and told them and they told me to come in. The dentist drilled it down and told me to tell them how it felt in the next few days. There was still sensitivity in my teeth. I had went back a total of 5 TIMES just for them to keep drilling down my filling. Even then, my filling wasn’t fixed. I just gave up at that point and now I’m not able to chew food on the right side of my mouth. Please be extra cautious going into this place. They’re good at the basics but horrible at any other procedures.P.S. THEY ONLY HAVE 5 STARS BECAUSE THEY OFFER FREE FLUORIDE IF YOU GIVE THEM A FIVE STAR REVIEW!!!

Been coming here for about 6 months now and have had extractions done and cleanings. They are by far a great company to get work done. They are very communicative and extremely organized also the employees are professional.

I like the staff and front desk they are respectful, not pushy and very easy to communicate. I love how the stuff do the cleaning here. I always go to my dental appt. only time I did not is when I am pregnant. They clean it without yanking on your teeth. I just didnt like my dentist. I feel she just rush doing my filling on my teeth. She even told me to she wish I can go back to california and get my crown fix there. like what? before crown I get filling on my front teeth and it lasted like 5 years before it chipped. This dentist keep telling me that the filling will chipped again I just felt it wouldnt if she just fix it right way. That is first time I experience that kind of work.I still go here for my cleaning. I WISH I can give them 5 stars-Diaz Z

I want to be clear: The five stars are for the office staff, not the dentist.I do not like going to the dentist and I get extreme anxiety even thinking about it. Because of the amazing office staff, I was immediately put at ease. Every girl from the receptionist, to the office manager, to the dental assistants, were all just fabulous. I had to go back several times and they made me feel so at ease and taken care of. I have never been to a medical office with such amazing staff ever! I mean I had several bills to pay them and uncomfortable procedures and I left each time not thinking about the pain to my wallet or mouth, but instead of the kindness of the office staff. They deserve more than 5 stars!Now for the dentist. He did the work fine I guess but he was very unkind to his office staff in front of patients and I did not like that. At one point I saw him yell at an employee twice while I was in the waiting room. So unprofessional. If he will talk to them that badly with patients around, I can only imagine how he talks to them in private. After being treated so kindly by his staff, my heart broke to hear them talked to meanly. I know we all have bad days and say things we shouldn’t so I’m hoping that was the case but I would not recommend this dentist because of the unprofessional and unkind behavior I witnessed.

I find it odd that a dental clinic titled patriot family dental does NOT accept the militaries dental insurance for family members. They do not accept METLIFE, just strange.

Go somewhere else. This clinic will struggle with any technical procedure. Have your child sitting in a chair for 4 plus hours only to not finish what was planned. Forced to leave and come back the next day to finish what was originally planned. Multiple long appointments for two teeth. Blamed their outsourcing lab for incorrect crowns when the tech had two do them twice. Third set wrong again causing the doctor to do the impressions herself. No way any of these problems are normal. However, the staff is friendly. Calling the office manager only results in talking in circles. Once treatment is complete we will find a new clinic.

I was extremely nervous in coming in to a dentist appointment but the staff made me feel so comfortable. I had a cleaning done by Regina who was extremely nice and eased my nerves. She asessed how I was doing at all times and was very patient. Front desk ladies are amazingly helpful and apologized for the waiting. Their customer service is also 5-star worthy and one that many other locations could learn from.I will continue to keep coming here! Overall, extremely content with my first experience here! There aren’t enough words to describe how fantastic Dr. Joseph and his staff are at Patriot Family dental! From friendly faces and Conversation to warm welcomes and piece of mind they are amazing! I have gone in for routine work, as well as extensive restoration and I have yet to be disappointed! I cant say anything negative about any aspect.I needed to see a dentist on short notice for a very minor but important procedure (a crown fell out and needed to be re-cemented). Once I found Patriot things went very well. I called for information and was told everything up front: procedure, cost, etc. I was given an appointment for the very next day, first thing.When I arrived all my new patient forms had been partially completed for me.The dental assistant (hygienist?) was so friendly and professional. Very well trained and capable.The entire office was clean and obviously health and safety focused.Im sorry I didnt get the names of anyone I dealt with (receptionist, assistant, cashier), except the dentist himself, but I wish I had. I was very pleased and impressed with Dr. Joseph.This was the greatest medical experience of any type I have ever had, especially dental.Thank you all at Patriot for your excellent care.

I took myself and my three kids here for our cleanings, today, actually. The building is conveniently located in northeast El Paso, right off of gateway west boulevard, and inside was clean. Everyone was abiding by the covid restrictions with masks, proper hand sanitation and the rooms were consistently being sanitized. Receptionist was kind and professional, taking our temperatures as needed. The dental assistant, hygienist and DMD were great. My kids were having their first dental experience, and they were professional, kind and attentive. I needed more work than my children, but I didnt feel pressured or manipulated into any service I didnt need or want, and over all, I would highly recommend for families who want courteous service, professionalism and no frills (no need for extra childrens entertainment). They also accept tricare, so bonus to military families.

The dentist literally scrapped my teeth enamel off looking for cavities, wish I had not let them do anything but clean them. When they insisted I needed filling that that’s when I started getting teeth trouble in all my 39 years. Fillings have fell of 3 times in a span less than one year I felt cheated by this group 😭

I have always HATED going to the dentist, and moving to El Paso I was nervous to have to find a new place; but Patriot Family Dental has been AMAZING!
