We just moved to the community in October. We have attempted to contact the office via email and phone call. We have left phone messages on numerous occasions and no one has called back as of December 31. We love the area but are not happy with the HOA services. We were overcharged and no one is available to contact. Interestingly enough, one of the workers in the office and a board member left a 5 star review here.

Great place to live. Location is amazing up in the mountains with lots of trees. Feels like Ruidoso, NM. The clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts make it feel like I live at a private resort.
