Covid testing today, paperwork not ready. After showing my ID, I needed to wait a few more minutes for paperwork. Results expected in 3 days. Despite the wait the girl behind the window, friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Went in today for the pharmacy really nice people at the pharmacy but as I was waiting for the pharmacy I needed to use the restroom I was told I needed to ask a manager to open me the restroom door I went up to the first manager I seen on the floor his name was Leo really chubby guy I asked him if he could please open me the restroom door he then just said go wait outside of the restroom I’ll go open it right now. Well he didn’t I stood out there and he never went he continued working and he kept looking at me from far and didn’t open me the door after I waited for the pharmacist to give me my prescription I walked up to him and told him it was very unprofessional of him to make me wait such a long time and not even open me the door he then rudely without even looking at me in the eyes said well I called someone over the intercom to go open and I would have assume someone went and I then told him well no I didn’t hear you call anyone and you seen me waiting obviously no one had gone. I think that as a team leader that’s very unprofessional.

Had boost Pfizer, girl in pharmacy was amazing did not feel the shot at all. Very friendly and professional at pharmacy

Its located in a busy plaza with limited parking, though the Walgreens itself is seldom crowded. They have a FedEx Onsite in case you need to drop off a package, which is nice.

Cahier and the person at the Photo were very rude. No manners whatsoever. I rather go to the one in Baldwin Park!

I took my mom and dad to take flu shot here. The Chinese lady received our documents and said that my parents Medicare not cover, I know she a liar, she is a discriminator, because we are Vietnamese. And then took my parents to CVS, and we had flu shot in just within 15 minutes. That is the reason why Walgreens closed many stores due to poor business

Have been trying to get my moms prescription for a while, called her doctor to get it approved. Called Walgreens to asked for it they kept on telling me that it wasnt approved always rude, my moms doctor never got a fax requesting approval from Walgreens to re-fill. Today 1/14/20 I call again and Ana answer the phone extremely rude tells me my moms doctor doesnt even know that he approved, that the re-fill has been approved for a while, and when Im telling her that I have been calling to ask if it was approved Walgreens had always told me no, she was very rude the only thing she said was aha bye. I asked for her name, her name is Ana. Dont go there worst customer service.

With the constant thief from your homeless population (which is 99% of El Monte). I’m sure this place is going to close next. Just saw a man run out the door with roses, this city is sad... This is why no businesses will ever open in El Monte, bunch of sad, entitled people...

This is the most pregudist place in all El Monte area, from the minute you walk in employees start talking in their asian languages ,they call for number codes on the speakerphone .I just realised this can only stop if I stop going in to this place. No more no mas !

I was buying a personal product for a friend who is unable to come to the store. The photo desk girl and guy made a snyde remark under their breath of my purchase! I am so angry! I will never shop here again plus I reported the two stupid looking idiots to their Corp office.

WORST customer service ever!!!!!!! spent over ninety dollars on medicine at this store. after I payed a manufacturer coupon printed with receipt, save $1.50 cent on the medicine I just bought. cashier did not let me redeem coupon, she called manager. manager said no, that its for next purchase. wow coupon will expire before I get to use it, seeing that I just bought and paid over ninety dollars of cold medicine. anyways I returned everything I bought for a refund and went to CVS down the block. Walgreens in el monte, on peck rd lost a loyal customer. will never shop there again. manager was very unhelpful, shame.

I went into the pharmacy today to ask if my doctor had sent my med to this location or to a different one, the girl at the pahrmacy who helped me was so HELPFUL! her name is Maria A. My med were sent to another location bu She went out of her way to help me get them transfered to this walgreens and that saved me soooo much time and driving; I truly appreciate that. Im so very glad I went to this walgreens. Thank you Maria!
