Just so-so. The delivery service is cool but they contract with an outside company and the drivers arrive either very late or very early without any heads up. It was fine when I was stuck at home during 2020 but I work now and having to wait for a random delivery that might just not show up is not really an option. Seems like inter-office communication is an issue. Always kind on the phone but definitely not a very professional operation. Unfortunately I’m going to switch pharmacies to somewhere that works for my schedule.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE EVERYONE IS CONFUSED ONE STAFF MIGHT SAY YOUR MEDS ARE READY FOR PICK UP THE OTHER SAYS NO ITS NOT ! NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING HERE! A WHILE BACK THEY DID SAY ONE OF MY MEDS WASNT COVERED I CALL MY INSURANCE WHICH IT WAS AND THEY CONTACTED THEM BECAUSE THEY WERENT BILLING CORRECTLY. WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! MEDS GET DELIVERED SO LATE AT NIGHT

Rude af 😒 old ran down place. Jessica at counter was rude and rolled her eyes at me I just answered the question she asked and she told me I gave her the wrong information. My 1st and last time here I was told my meds were going to be delivered the next day and NOPE.

I love Santa Maria came to this location once to fill an emergency medication, they were very nice and gave me their full attention.e. Definitely recommend.

Im 39 and Ive been going to this pharmacy for about 10 years for my daughter and I. They are very good and so kind and friendly. They give home delivery. They are very prompt. Thank you so much Santa Maria Pharmacy.

Love this pharmacy! The girls in the front are always so nice and attentive. Always have my medication ready when i walk in. Pharmacist Rufos is so nice always explain my medication to me. I totally recommend this pharmacy.

So i take my childrens prescriptions and they tell me the insurance dont covered none of it i call the actuall insurance they check n it does cover so i call back to the pharmacy i explain to them n still no cover si i ask can u get an authorization from doc for a genetic one. N they say no cuz its over the counter meds but hellow its a cough med they get get one that does cover so to me horrible experience

Bad delivery service when it comes to getting a new prescription they’ll take hours to verify if the insurance will cover the medication. Even the supervisor was slow at giving an answer for the coverage of my meds. Sue the pharmacist is a slow worker and slow at giving instructions over the phone. Very poor customer service skills from her. This employer needs mayor retraining.

The service is great, they offer home delivery. Sometimes a bit slow, due to sheer volume of orders that they are processing. But I still think the service is why I keep coming back.

Fastest service ever and they have awesome pharmacists

I found out they gives charges me more than I get also after I transfer to another pharmacy they send me 3 month refer which is too much they but me on the hold every time for 30 min or more bad customer service there delivery send one or two item then the rest 2nd day all bad if I talk about that bad experience I need days To indecate those bad experienceThey deserve zero star

I stayed home to get my medication delivered and they never sent it out, didn’t call me or anything. The place I live at the properly manager is excellent at getting our mail, I never missed a package in the last 3 years I’ve been here. They would have known if the package had came for sure or if any attempts had been made. I’ve been waiting patiently for about a week and now this Pharmacy telling me they won’t be able to send it out. I don’t understand why the lady on the phone is being rude about it, I’m the one that haven’t received my package. I should be the one upset. Anyways, I’m just going to transfer pharmacies, this one wasting people time and they’re disrespectful.
