Everything was great when I started out. The massage was excellent. I loved the hot rocks and the deep massage on my shoulders and neck. I have a lot of tension and hard balls on my shoulders from everyday stress. When I was getting ready to pay I only had $5 for a tip. I figured I will be going back soon for another massage so I will make sure to bring more next time. When I handed her the $5 she looked at it and kind of smirked and said DO YOU HAVE $10? I said I only have $5 cash and she said DO YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD? So I gave her my credit card and she charged $11. $1 extra for using the machine. I was really bothered because no one has ever pushed a tip like that. What if I wasn’t happy with my massage? A tip is determined by the customer and how satisfied the service was. The person should accept it with appreciation and not demand a higher tip. That’s RUDE!!! If I wasn’t as pleased as I was for the work she did I wouldn’t have given her my credit card but she’s lucky I enjoyed my massage.

Was looking for something close to home and Im glad I came here. I just left and I feel great. Very clean, very thorough. Prices are very reasonable. Ill be back soon! Too bad I didnt get her name but she was great!

Very friendly, the massage was awesome and they don’t pressure you to give a high amount of a tip. Will come again. I highly recommend this place

Prices are more expensive than posted by the owner on Google maps.For example 90 minutes body massage was 80 instead 60.The massage was professional given by ladies so dont expected extra services but they will ask you for a tip over 10

The people that work there and were very rude while getting my message by calling me fat and that Asian woman didnt like fat people.Was a valuable customer and will no longer attend Sad World Spa.

First tune I came here I was over charged by $20, once I came back to straighten out the problem I was ignored. The lady at the counter claimed no english but was very obviously talking about me while I stood there waiting. Ill never go back again. Service was crap.
