This is a mass produced assembly line that barely focuses on what they are doing, the staff is incompetent and the doctor just wants to sell more stuff.

Came for my tattoo removal today. Dr. Lin and the staffs over there are awesome. Asked front desk ladies for questions and gave me the answers I needed right away.

Dr Lin is very knowledgeable, professional and nice. I highly recommend this clinic.

Went to this doctor for masseter botox. Now I cannot lift the left side of the mouth. He injected in the wrong anatomical location. He was also careless with injection and was more focused on getting good images for his ig story. Staff didn’t know the difference between botox and filler. This is a standard procedure that I’ve had done many times before with no issues until I saw Dr. Lin. Beware. Smile is now ruined. Recommend going to someone more experienced when doing anything on your face.

I do not recommend this place my friend had the PDO thread and paid twice for corrections made after my friend didn’t see any results! She tried to go back to him to fix her issues but he wants to charge her more money ! Do not go to him save your money and a headache

I must say this is the place I will be sticking to from now on! I use to drive to DTLA to get the best deal but I highly recommend you come see Dr. Thomas Lin! He is so caring and very very patient. He will answer all your questions and concerns with detail. I have even recommended a few of my friends and family members and they are just as ecstatic with their results as I am. Do yourself a favor and book your next appointment with him. He does all kinds of miracles!! I couldnt be happier! Thank you Dr. Lin!!

I had made appt with Anew laser, and had botox done on my upper lip due to smoking lines in which the attending Doctor called them kissy lips. Today it has been my second day since my injection and have not seen any results. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The Dr is quick with recommendations and with injections. I was in and out in about 20 mins. While I was there it seemed to be a few group on customers from my view while there. Im hoping to see some results real soon thats why I gave this 2 stars only.

I went in for laser tattoo removal. I decided to go here because they are popular on Instagram. Dr. Lin was friendly and he tried his best to do the laser removal fast and effectively. After the first session, my tattoo on my wrist was pretty much gone already. I highly recommend going here for your tattoo removal needs.

Dr.Thomas Lin , has the most beautiful personality , I came in for lip fillers, I needed very little product in my lips, and I wanted the rest of the product under my eyes , so I consulted with him and he agreed very kindly !!! The 1st time I went to Anew Laser was to get fillers. It was a great price during a Valentines special. I love the results. He really made a difference with just one syringe. I look years younger. I would certainly go back because they offer so many other services Id like to try.

This was my first time at Anew Laser and it was a good experience. The doctor sits down with you first and explained the procedure in detail, answered all my questions. The procedure it’s self took about 30 minutes or less and it went well. This was my first time doing anything like this but the doctor and staff make you feel at ease. I will definitely be coming back.

I received xeomin need to wait 4 days for results. I will return for other services. The Dr. Is kind and answers all questions.

Had an appointment and I arrived on time. There was literally 2 customers and around 4 rooms empty. I was in one of their rooms for 45 mins waiting and no one came to even to a preparation for the tattoo. I walked out and the doctor looked surprised. They forgot about that I was in the room. So if you come here with an appointment be prepare to waist at least 1 hour doing nothing while they have no one to assist.
