Didnt bother to call me after my items arrived. The 800 customer service was much worse, I had been on hold for over 50 minutes+, a person by the name of Al, left me waiting while he went to do something...later the phone was mysteriously disconnected!!!It was like THE BLIND LEADING THE BLIND.I finally drove to HD EL MONTE, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT MY ITEMS HAD ARRIVED SINCE DAYS AGO AND YET NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL OR TEXTED ME.THIS IS WHAT I WOULD DESCRIBE AS DYSFUNCTIONAL and A VERY LAME REASON TO BE CONSIDERED AS CUSTOMER SERVICE
