These medical assistants need to get it together and stop being so lazy! They show favoritism, and lack empathy! The Dr needs to hire a better staff at both his locations!! Those woman are lost and don’t communicate with each other! You choose to be in the medical field and think you have the right to act like that with sick patients! Find another job if it’s to much for you!

Very bad service. The front desk lady Violeta is not professional whatsoever and shes rude. My family has complained about this place various times. I stopped going here because of it being over crowded and unfriendly front desk people.The wait time can range from 2 to 2.5 hours. Go somewhere else is the best advice I have for you.

I just wanted to start off by saying I love the staff there and the doctor always being so polite and the lady in the front Violeta and dr assistant Patty are so kind to help patients. I really recommend people to come I already started off by recommending Dr. chava to my family. Will forsure continue to come to this clinic.

I have been going here since I moved to El Monte for the last three years. They spent a considerable amount of time listening to and answering my concerns. The doctor was very friendly, professional and up to date. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor in the area.

El Monte Dr. Chava’s Clinic is a very Busy Clinic.It proves that people gather around successful & efficient places. I have great experiences at this clinic.Doctor Chava is a great Doctor. Who understands the patients need. Bless this Doctor. The Medical staff is very cooperative and kind. For sure they have very busy days. I greatly recommend this medical facility to anyone around El Monte.

Nurses are uneducated and also unprofesional, never gets into detail of what I have and also prescribe tooo much medication. Medications that i dont even need.

If I could do 0 stars i would do it gladly, one of my family members came here with pain and not feeling well, she was told that her blood pressure was to high but yet again instead of prescribing her medication for her blood pressure they prescribed her pills for DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY big mistake. My sister when in to see if she can talk to the doctor or if anybody can explain why would they prescribe my mom the wrong medicine they had her waiting for about 30 minutes, meanwhile this guy comes in really bad condition asking for help, because he’s not feeling good and every single staff member instead of going out and help him they go to the back all scared, and the Doctor just walks by the hallway and doesn’t do anything about it. Then he was told that they were not taking anymore appointments, come on he was ill asking for help, till this one nurse came out to help him she couldn’t get him up on her own so instead of one of her coworkers helping another patient in waiting room offered to help because the rest of the staff were to scared and busy talking/judging about this persons condition. I hope that one day this doctor pays more attention to his staff, so after waiting my sister was told he could not help her, I mean like you or someone in front could of said that instead of having you wait for nothing. This personal is really horrible

Great Doctor!!! That’s the reason I keep going back! Time delay with the staff on every visit have been there from 9am-1am at times (not good).

Worst experience of my life with this doctor !! If I could give negative stars I would !! For all new moms to be I recommend you don’t step foot in this office !! It’s dirty , unsanitary and the doctor is always in such a rush and never explains things to you just reschedules you over and over just to waste time , prescribed pills and appointments just to milk your insurance!! I do not recommend this place to anyone !!! One of the worst doctors office in El Monte !!

I had an appointment at 9am because supposedly they were only accepting people with APPOINTMENTS yet the front receptionist kept calling in others who came after me I waited practically 3 hours just to do the basic things blood pressure, height, etc ., then again out to the waiting room where they only called walk ins another 2 hours so I mentioned to the nurse if it was my turn yet because my dad had to go and she said oh yes youre next then she calls 3 other people before she calls me. Waiting room is too small many people stand when it gets busy. Just front clerk is rude shell tell you no walk ins after a certain time but then if she knows them shell let them sign in which is just not right . Other than that the doctor is nice but since he has alot of patients he goes through you fast .

Dont recomend this place they dont tell you things how they are and bring you back forth i would give 0 stars

People with appointment have to be waiting for more then 3 to 4 hours thats insane when it can be less then an hour to be seen dont like the waiting more when u have kids and the get frustrated waiting for more then 3 hours the should be more responsible for the time and with appointments that would be faster and to be assisted better..whats the point of making a appointment time if ur not seen at the appointment time

Good doctor, receptionist, and helpers are the best and good health care.

I have nothing to say about Dr. Chava other than hes a good and kind dr, but yes about his assistants Ive been going there for about 2-3 years , Ive never had a problem till today 02/26/2016, I had my appointment at 10:00 am and wasnt called in till one hour later, I ask if I would get called in soon and a girl with long brown hair and blue jacket rudely responded and said I had to wait! 😑, the restroom didnt have any toilet paper I ask two of the assistants there and they both ignored me theyd pass by me and wouldnt bring me anything till one of the other girls was kind enough to bring it. Now Im just sitting here waiting to get treated and I still havent gotten any help! I dont know what was the point, I have somewhere to be and now for having to wait Ill be late! This is really annoying whats the whole point of a appointment if youre not going to get treated at the timed scheduled!

Had a appointment at 9 and took them two or more hours jus to call me back in worse wait time ever whats the point of making a appointment time if ur not seen at the appointment time

DR CHAVA is very nice and kind BUT everyone that works for him are so unprofessional,unfriendly and rude !!! the office is always a complete mess, trash everywhere. they make appointments but will see you 3 hours later ! they take first come, first serve even if you have an appointment. There not very helpful. Dr Chava should pay attention more to his staff and let them know that they should be more professional in general.

Verry rude and unprofetional front assistant she always changes the hour to stop receiving patients but if its someone she knows she will let them sigh up, Other than that doctor chava is a good doctor .

I only went to have a tuberculosis test read to me and apparently not everyone is capable because they made me wait almost an hour for a person to arrive so that it could be said that they were already attending is illogical

I liked it a lot as I was treated, and very fast

3 hours for the doctor to see you is a long time goons work faster
