When you call to ask if your prescription is ready, the pharmacy technician who answers the phone is rude and disrespectful, she has no clue of what customer service is, or how to speak in any type of professional manner.

The Pharmacy staff Josh and others were kind and went beyond their time to make sure me and my family were all set for vaccine appointments. Could not be be happier! Thank you!

HORRIBLE. With their ridiculous phone system, there is NO WAY to call and speak to a pharmacist. You are completely blocked off if you dont have an order number. Since my doctor was sending a new prescription because my cheap Cigna insurance didnt cover the original prescription he wanted me to have, I did not know what he was ordering and certainly didnt have an order number. When I tried to call the WalMart pharmacy, all I got was a phone system run around. It was impossible to reach a pharmacist to simply ask if my doctor ordered anything for me and if so, was it ready for pick up. Very frustrating! Horrible system. I like the pharmacy here, but cannot reach it by phone.
