Angela is amazing, and I was so appreciative at how attentive, kind, responsive, and helpful she was throughout the time I worked with her. She spent the time to answer my initial questions, help via Zoom for sensor placement, and any time during the rental that I had either tech issues (not many and mostly due to my inexperience with the equipment) or the overall process, she answered immediately. The staff too at N.O. for rentals re tech issues are also quick to help via online chats. I spoke with many providers around the country to get a feel for service, costs and empathy before deciding to rent with Angelas company. Every brain and outcome experience is/will be different so I wont speak to that as I feel it is not as helpful, but if you are looking to rent a N.O. machine to start training at home, def worth renting from Angela!

Angela at Mind Balance is phenomenal! She introduced me to neurofeedback and her coaching helped me to realize all the benefits I was receiving. This changed my life! As an executive in a high stress industry, it is quite the balancing act to make time for myself. These sessions are quick and have been my saving grace! I suffered from insomnia for years mainly due to stress. With the help of neurofeedback and Angelas coaching, I have been able to reduce the noise in my head and get much better quality sleep and have been able to stay asleep longer. As a result, I am healthier mentally and physically. Not sure if words can really do justice towards the experience Ive had with Neuro Optimal and Angela.I had zero expectations going in, with no preconceived notions about it. The first thing I noticed after a couple of treatments was my mind chatter decreased. The spinning out on imaginary scenarios that keep you up at night was lessened. Unbelievable.Clarity, focus, a centered zen like feeling.Profound relevations about my life and the people in and out of it, and the ability to matter of factly deal with these crazy emotionally powerful things, Some of which Ive carried for a lifetime.My adrenal responses to things that occur in my life ( Hard conversations, near misses in traffic, any unexpected drama) have become less noticeable with every passing treatment.My anxiety has decreased significantly.
