I go here all the time and finally got a membership because the massages are priced affordably and are high quality. Would recommend the 1hr full body massage. It never disappoints. Not a fan of the foot massage at this location, but always love the full body options.

Ive been going here for years and I love it, only place I go for massages. Massages are affordable even when you give a super fat tip, which you should do because all the staff are super friendly and hard working. You have the option for a big community room with clothes on for a lower price, or a traditional naked private massage for more but still affordable. If doing the former make sure to wear pants you can push up over your knees for foot bath and calf massage.

I forget the woman’s name, but when my husband and I booked a session together, the woman that was massaging me pulled me by the hair to lift my head up in the middle of the massage. I was baffled when it happened and because we had been there before with no issues, I let it go. When the massage was over (didn’t use our full allotted time, but ok) the women were blocking the exit for a tip. The tip was me not knocking the lady’s head off after she pulled my hair. All in all, we haven’t been back since.

The facial was very well done. She took her time to carefully clean my face and all the products had a refreshing sensation as well as a very pleasant scent. Her hand movements truly provide a relaxing facial massage. In the same manner, the body massage had the perfect amount of pressure, helped release stress in neck, back , shoulders ! I really enjoyed it and look forward to come back

What I liked about this spa: The facial. It was absolutely wonderful. Very relaxing, I basically napped through the time that I had the mud mask on. The treatment was perfect. The overall customer service experience was good. Very courteous staff, quick check out process. Clean spa.What I did not like: It felt like the massage therapist was novice or did not have much training. His massage techniques were not helpful or relaxing in nature. I spent a good portion of the time wondering when it was going to be over with. And then at one point, the therapist left without saying anything so I thought the hour was done and as I was changing into my clothes, he knocked on the door and said the treatment wasnt over.All in all, I would go back for the facial but I definitely will be finding another place to get massages in the future.

They raised their rates for 2020 yet the quality of their foot massage has devolved to just token strokes for the hour. They used to massage my arms and palms, but they now just skip over this. They used to do a true foot reflexology massage, hitting all the muscles in the feet, including the sides of each toe and the top of each toe. Now they just do soft soothing swipes on the bottom and tops of your feet. They didnt even work on the upper and lower legs. Im not coming back and will have to find a place that does true foot reflexology.

This place is Amazing.Today was my first time there and I dont regret it at all. I got a hot stone full body massage. I really needed it so bad. The massuse was wonderful very nice lady. Im coming back for sure. The price was good as well.

This place used to be awesome the last time I went there I took my daughter and the massage lady answered the phone in the room after my massage started, and the man that massages my daughter hurt her while doing the reflexology. To top it off when we left he had the audacity to ask me where his tip was . I really should have asked for a refund!!!!!! Do not go here

Just tried 1 hour foot reflexology massage (which is really a full body massage). Excellent massage. Therapist seemed very knowledgeable about pressure points. The place is very clean, professional, and pleasant. Ample free parking in front!

I got a gift certificate to this place. I honestly didnt expect much but this place is great. I had a 30 min foot and 30 min back.The foot massage was definitely my favorite even tho some parts tickled...Lol...they do way more then just your feet tho.They ALSO do your hip, thigh, legs, shoulders and even your face. The back massage was Alittle rough but that was adjusted and some people actually like that. Just not myself. Overall I had a good experience. I left floating on clouds. Horrible experience. The staff werent bilingual, lack of professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. We arrived to the massage appointment on time and requested a couples unit. They agreed and then changed us and changed the gender of the masseuse. The requested that we pay before they initiated changes. My lower back was swelling for 2 wks. I never had a massage like that....i felt violated almost by the massage.

My massage was awesome. Full 90 minute. I went on my birthday Friday and got a 60 minute reflexology and 30 minute body. THAT is what brought me back today.

This place has gone downhill. I just had the worst massage experience of my life. I felt like I was being assaulted. Never once did this person (cant call him a masseuse) check in and ask how I was doing, never asked what kind of pressure I wanted.Worse than that, he was extremely careless. I actually like heavy pressure. But at a certain point it just felt like he was trying to hurt me. I kept hoping it would get better, and occasionally he would hit some spots that were pretty good. But then he would do something ridiculous like lift my leg up and let it fall directly onto the wooden edge of the chair.I mean, I get what kind of place this is. The massage is dirt cheap, the people are hit or miss, no one speaks English. But in the past Ive always had a good experience.When I got out, the manager had already gone home, so there was no one to complain to. I tried explaining to the guy why he wasnt getting a tip, but absolutely no one left in the place spoke English.Its too bad, but Im crossing this place off my list. I recommend you do the same.

I have been to the Claremont Hotel, Napa Valley and I must be honest. My best experience has been with Bay Beauty Spa. Whenever Im serviced there I feel the not so good energy leaving my body. I feel light, rejuvenated and relaxed when I leave there. Napa Valley was a good experience. The Claremont hotel is just the name.
