The office staff at Senior Helpers is extremely friendly, helpful, and competent. I have used three different caregivers from Senior Helpers, and they have all been competent and caring. Senior Helpers has made my life much easier.

The one hour Peace of Mind visits have been great for my mother, just right for her needs, and mine too. I especially appreciate that we have been able to have the consistency of a single caregiver for the visits. That means a lot.

I had several caregivers, one primary and the others as fill ins as I needed care 24/7 recovering from a knee surgery. They were quite different from one another, which was interesting in itself (few things are as boring as being stuck home alone). Every one of them was well trained, polite, kind, efficient and helpful. Positive vibes at a time when I was feeling pretty down.

My 2 sisters and I are caring for my mother, who is in hospice. At one point last month, none of the 3 of us were able to come to her house and stay with her.We asked Senior Helpers to assist us with caregiving during the 5 days we would be unable to do it ourselves. Sr. Helpers sent us experienced CNAs, who were calm and knowledgeable. Each caregiver worked a 12-hour shift - 9 AM to 9 PM and 9 PM to 9 AM. They made sure Mom stayed comfortable, her oxygen was flowing properly, and she was fed her favorite foods.We couldnt have asked for better assistance. We will definitely call on Senior Helpers again.
