They claim to be open at 7:30am, but when I showed up at 9:00am, the door was locked and no one was there. I called their number listed and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Not sure if this is a real business.

Very bad service. There have only 1 person for doing everything so they waist you long time.

Unfortunately, theres been a staff change in the last two months +/-. The two female phlebotomists who worked there for the two plus years Ive been getting weekly labs are no longer there. The last time I went, now over a month ago, the phlebotomist I got didnt listen to me when I told her I was a very hard stick. When she found a vein she wanted to try I asked her not to use it because a few weeks prior is been in the hospital and that was where my IV was, and my arm was still sore. She used that vein anyway saying Ive been doing this for years, its my job. Well she blew the vein and then she had to find another one. She caused a bad bruise, when it got to 2x4 inches and I could barely use my arm I went to my doctor who wrapped it from getting any bigger. And dont get me started on how she wanted to use the same needle over again.I wont be back to this Quest location, in fact if I can find an alternate to Quest Diagnostics I wont be returning to Quest in general.

The atmosphere is very welcoming, calm, and supportive. A patient may be experiencing anxiety about their condition or have a dislike for blood tests and/or needles. The staff are so pleasant and welcoming, its easy to relax for the brief procedure. The level of care is very professional.Ive been using this Quest location more than once a month for over a year, and no longer go to other locations, even though there is one in my doctors building. Also, there is ample free parking.

Made an early morning appointment for this location but when I arrived there was a line of people waiting outside. Thought to myself, “odd, but maybe they are making people wait outside because of COVID?” Unfortunately not. It turns out that out the person who was supposed to open the location just never showed up to work that day. We all waited for about 45 mins and still no one showed. There is no phone number to call, and no answering service. Your lab testing needs may be taken care of.... or they may not be.

This location is CLOSED! as of May 17, 2021. Unfortunately, it is still listed as open on the Quest appointment website. Now I have to drive up to San Pablo location on Vale Rd.

It looks like there’s only one person working here today, so expected walk in wait times on the website are grossly underestimated. They need to get this place better staffed.

Ive gone to this lab at least 20 times while being treated for Hepatitis C. Every time, the staff members were helpful, friendly & polite. A walk-in business is hard on employees. I found that if I gave them the info requested & quietly allowed them to do their jobs things always went well.

April 2019 visit - I was in and out in a jiffy (less than 15 minutes!). I had an appointment. Technician, was Thalia, as usual was sweet, kind, sense of humor, & compassionate. Thats why I schedule appointments here. Thanks, Thalia! I hope I didnt butcher your name too badly.September 2019 visit - Front desk person was professional, warm and helpful - yay! I was glad previous person wasnt there. With an appointment, I was in & out in about 15 minutes. The technician who drew my blood, just like my previous experiences with her was great - professional, efficient, kind and friendly. These two... both of my thumbs are held WAAAAAY up for them!

My experience at this quest lab was awesome! First of all I am one of those big grown man who doesnt like to have a needle. While I dont faint, I really struggle with getting blood drawn and procrastinate always. When I got to this location, my adrenaline was rushing. I could not find my ID cards for my Insurance and only had a copy of it in the insurance app on my phone. All of the ladies were excellent and very professional. They informed me that they could not use my app but because it was on my phone they made a great suggestion and I was able to fax it from my phone to them. Great customer service starts with finding solutions that will work for the customer. Massiel, the phlebotomist who took care of me, was very good with my nerves. She did an excellent job was very quick and new all of the correct things to do to calm somebody like me down. They made what shouldve been a very terrible day for me a very good one...THANKS LADIES!!!

Good experience. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, checked in and was seen within a few minutes. The staff was efficient and friendly.

Nothing worse than rude bossy employees who pretend to be polite. No eye contact, arrogant, chatty with each other while 11 patients are waiting and my appointment is already 30 min past due. After the testing, I was asked to print and sign my name. When I paused to read what I was signing the phlebotomist snatced the paper work from my hands. I asked her cant I read what Im signing? She was so annoyed. Why?One star for location and one star for cleanliness.

Not a good experience. There was only one employee working, and she was rushing back and forth between the front desk and the examination room. This was my first fasting blood test, and the phlebotomist didnt warn me about what could happen. I walked straight out of the office and almost passed out before I reached my car.

This location is so unprofessional! Only one phelebotomist is on staff usually. Every single time I come to this location the receptionist snatches my requisition and has a very unpleasant demeanor. I misplaced my medical card but had California identification and she would not process my paperwork although she knew I was in the system because I come there often. She begans to ask me out loud in the lobby from her seat,Do you have Medical? .....I explained to her that shes so busy being nasty this action was against the Hippa Laws to ask me anything personal out loud. This woman is so ignorant. I would strongly consider Quest Diagnostic installing camera systems at this location to at least monitor their representatives of their company before they are sued. You never know who you are serving. It should always be a standard of professionalism at all times therefore sensitivity training is definetely in order. I will plan to take this action further and if she denies her action, which she will.....I have her on tape because I wanted to prove that no matter what day it is.....shes nasty to people. My hopes is that Quest will take better pride in serving the Public. Thanks!
