Very pleasant experience! Both their staff and the doctor are very friendly. The doctor is knowledgeable and adjusted my glasses to fit me perfectly. She also gave advice on the temporal length that is best suited for my head shape.I felt welcomed here and will definitely visit them in the future.

Some of the nicest people I have ever met. They would smile and joke with me, the optician and I were cracking up while he nicely answered all the weird questions I had about what each exam did and why. The optometrist was kind and quick, no frills. No one tried to push anything unnecessary on me that I didn’t need, and clearly laid out all my options and the costs. Everyone helped hype me up on my choice of frames, even a sweet mom and daughter that were in the office. I wish I needed glasses every week just so I could come in and talk with them again. I will get to when I pick up my glasses next week!EDIT: And just look at how dope I look in my new glasses, I mean hot damn!

I had opted for this optometry based on the positive reviews and now Ive a suspicion many of these might have been paid for or something. After five years of using their services I think they are way more expensive than other optometry, make you cough more money out of your pocket and outside insurance, and the front desk folks are nice, only to make sure your every visit is an opportunity to mint more dollars for the office. I am sitting on two pairs of glasses: both useless. The old ones was from 2015, have a broken temple, and they tell me Ive to replace the entire frame and replacing temple is not an option. Out of warranty, they said. The new ones wont sit on my nose bridge, keep sliding off, fogs up, makes me frustrated, and impedes my work. To add a nose pad, $100 they said. Ive had these for half a year and they would say nothing about warranty. The lady who sold me the frame was supposed to be an expert. She should have known these were not the right kind for my low nose bridge but she nonetheless encouraged me to buy them, primarily because they were the most expensive from among the options. If I were her, Id take into account the functional suitability, nose bridge etc., because thats why shes an expert and poor customers always dont take these into account, distracted more by the look and all.Now I have two pairs of glasses, both useless, and unable to function at work. The tests and frames were mighty expensive, a lot more than what my coworkers pay at their optometrists. Youd always end up paying more than the insurance, not matter how high your insurance.Im demoralized that they treat me just like a fish to bait with and fry, not a customer to keep happy. Stay away.

My family and I love the service and selection of eyewear in this fab office. We’ve been patients for over 20 years. Staff is friendly, professional and courteous. Eye wear is up to date, classy, and there’s many choices to choose from.

I’v been using them for years but now I feel like I hemorrhage cash when I go their and if you question their policies and don’t agree with charges they treat you like a lower class citizen. It’s as if they make a note in your chart so that everyone can see “beware of this person, she questions charges, you don’t have to be nice to her”. Service use to be quick now it isn’t. It use to take 2-3 days for contacts to come in but not now, it takes much longer. I will be outsourcing another optometrist soon.

My experience has been a very good one. The staff is very nice and helpful. Dr. Kaswani is my eye doctor and he is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place if you need to get some work done on your eyes.

First time exam for contact lens, they just told me to bring the contact lens after 1 week. A week after i brought the contact lens there and they told me to reschedule because i didnt wear it and made another appointment in 2 weeks. Now i have to wait 3 weeks juat to get it done. Waste my time and money. I cant cancel it cz they took the copay already.
