I highly recommend Dr. Pollack for all types of chiropractic needs! I have received chiropractic care on and off for decades, and I have lived in many places and have seen many chiropractors. I appreciate how Dr. Pollack tailors each visit to me and what is going on currently with my body. He clearly is an expert in a diversity of treatment types and styles and practices, and I really appreciate that. Currently, his COVID practices make me feel comfortable visiting during this time. He communicates very thoroughly and is funny and smart and caring. He has given me tips for strengthening certain areas of my body and other advice as well. The last time I went to see him was about 6 days after I had majorly pulled out my lower back. He spent a long time with me and utilized a variety of treatments. Within 24-48 hours I felt an incredible amount of improvement. If I was a 3/10 when I arrived in his office (with 10 being back to normal health/no pain), I was an 8/10 within 48 hours! I am so grateful that he is just ten minutes away from where I live. And he takes my insurance, and I do not have to file the claim myself! Check him out!

Dr. Pollack is a miracle worker. Ive had chronic daily migraines since I was 19 years old, I will be 47 next week. Since Ive been a patient of Dr. Pollacks, I have been migraine free since June 12th- today I am 25 days pain free. That is unheard of, I suffered everyday and I tried everything under the sun from acupuncture to botox, every migraine medicine out there, quit all triggers; wine, beer and caffeine, changed my diet and exercised and I still suffered until I started treatment at Joshua Tree. Dr. Pollack adjusts my pain away and taught me face scraping/massage (Gua Sha). I highly recommend Joshua Tree Chiropractic. That is where I found the cure for my debilitating, incurable chronic migraines. I didnt think there was a cure, and I was about to give up all hope, but luckily I walked into Dr. Pollacks office. I am not sure how the previous reviewers got an appointment because the process seems incredibly disjointed and delayed. I called the office as soon as they opened about become a new patient. The person on the phone took my name, phone number and insurance information and I was told I would be called back to schedule an appointment. That was over 6 hours ago and I am still awaiting a call back. In that time I found another chiropractor, made and appointment and have been seen.It seems like a much more long and cumbersome process than I have previously encountered making any appointment. Everyone else seems to like the office, and maybe they have enough patients so they do not make new patients a priority. If you are looking for somwhere new I suggest plenty of the other practitioners in the area. It is a much seamless and efficient process.

Dr. Pollack is fantastic, and has many different ways to go about treatment. He combines chiropractic with some physical therapy, and gives patients a chance to rest for a bit at the end of appointments as well. Highly recommended!!

There are a few things I don’t normally do: one thing I don’t normally do is write reviews, and another is go to see a chiropractor without a reference or referral from a trusted friend or health professional.I am in my mid-40’s, keep myself in pretty good shape, and do my best to stay active. My history of accidents includes being hit by a car while on foot and two car accidents where the safety bags were deployed. The most severe injury sustained was a torn left SI joint capsule, causing the synovial fluid to drain and leave the joint without lubrication. For those unfamiliar, the SI joint is a the joint between the sacrum and the ilium, (the hip). I have suffered whiplash and other soft tissue injuries, all leaving my body in an intensely traumatic state. I see cranio-sacral therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, spine manipulators, and many other manual therapy specialists in addition to stretching and exercising. All this is to keep from suffering chronic pain.Recently I have relocated to the Bay Area, from Florida. The relocation process, my financial situation, and anxiety involved with my move were all sources of an intense amount of stress. The stress, coupled with the long drive, and the fact that I was not keeping up with my exercise routine for about a month, were creating a tremendous amount of back and structurally systemic aches and pains. Although I had asked friends for a chiropractor reference, I had not made the effort to be treated. Then came the morning I woke up and could not even take a breath without suffering a debilitating amount of pain. I could not even sneeze, the pain literally was in control of my thoracic, lumbar, and cervical spine, rib cage, clavicle and cranium. I don’t know what outcome I might have suffered without his patience and wisdom.I can safely say, without hesitation, that Doc is the major reason I am pain free with an increased range of motion. Doc is approachable, down to earth and has a genuine devotion to his patients well-being. I am grateful that on the day I needed a spur of the moment appointment, that Doc was the only available choice.
