There was a great Cub Scout recruitment event even in times such as these it was quite well organized fun activities and lots of troops and packs to choose from

This is a great place for a group camping event. We wanted to throw a barbecue birthday party where our guests could camp for the night.Theres a great view with a nice big fire and plenty of warm clothes

I used to be a lifeguard, teach swimming and lifesaving merit badges. This was mid 50’s. Lived just a few blocks from there.

Im 60 yrs old on the 15th of April,at age 7 dad showed me camp Herms.I learned to swim in theOld pool and later in troop 477as aBoy scout I learned to save livesin that pool,that was 1968-or 9.This is the best place in Ca.for boysTo learn about the most important thing...Honor!
