Difficult to make appointments. Left several vm to return call.

Staff is very helpful. Easy to make appointments. Dr. Keller very knowledgeable, practical and easy to talk with. He knew the right test, knew how to alleviate my problem (PMR), and how to manage it for the long term.

1st time there. Staff was polite and seemed like they cared. Listened to my symptoms n prescribed medication that really helped.

Dr Keller is prompt and well educated. And his medical staff excellent..

The customer service is bad. They give you an appointment but be ready to be seen at least an hour after. When I told them it was almost an hour after the appointment the person at the counter (male) said oh yes it sometimes an hour wait. This is an ongoing problem.

The entire staff is very efficient and courteous and Dr. Keller is very helpful.

Doctor Keller is interested in his patience and cares for their welfare. He has many patients to see but takes time with each one.
