Inept is how I would describe this place. The staff cares more about their gossip and the food theyre eating than acknowledging your presence and doing their job. They schedule you for an appointment then cant figure out why youre there. They are also visibly bothered if you show up and they have to stop talking with each other. Avoid this place if possible.

Im extremely disappointed in this place. They severely pruned the Jacaranda trees along the West facing side on 8th street. You effectively killed them. Im shocked.
