Love, love, love Dr. Mabaquiao. He is very thorough. He explains labs, X-ray etc in terms that us non doctors will understand. He has great bedside manners. He’s a doctor that cares about resolution. I didn’t feel rushed with any of my appointments. He and the staff is always there to answer my many questions. There’s not enough words to describe the level of care I received. Love them and I would definitely recommend them if I could give the a higher rating I would 👍🏾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was referred to this facility by my orthopedist. I felt dismissed by my primary when I mentioned over a year ago that my joints in my knees, wrists, Elvia and shoulders were really bad. The pain was excruciating. I was told that it was work related and see a W/C doctor. I have a PPO insurance so I was recommend to an orthopedic surgeon by a family member. They took X-rays and noticed inflammation and determined that I was too young for this kind of pain and inflammation. The doctor suspected rheumatoid arthritis and referred to Dr. Mabaquio’s office. I had labs, wrays and MRIs. It appears I have fibromyalgia and bilateral shoulder tears. More work up is being done for a potential autoimmune disease.I felt their office was thorough, discussed with me a great plan and medication which has helped the inflammation. There are some minor issues I don’t like but not enough to discredit or complain about given the overwhelm satisfaction and gratitude I have for this office.

Ive been going here for years and unfortunately dont have a option to switch offices. The staff is HORRIBLE they dont return phone calls, they say you have a appointment then you show up and you dont have a appointment. They cant keep medical staff so youre always seeing someone new unless youre one of the lucky few to see dr m or the nurse Tim but even then dont hold your breath for help.

Dr Dikranian is an Awesome, caring Rheumatologist who has taken very good care of my rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritisfor a number of years. He has gotten medications that have helped a lot.

First of all, it is incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone at all at this location. Need to make an appointment? Youll be redirected to a paging service where youll be asked to give your name and number, and informed that youll be called back. (Which, you wont be. Not even after calling in 20 different times.)I was also sent a credit collection letter in the mail from an agency claiming I owed money on a charge I had already paid months ago (yes, I have proof). When I attempted to get ahold of the billing department here, I was redirected to a voicemail box several times stating that no one was available to take my call. Did I ever get a call back after leaving a clear voicemail with my name, number, and reason for calling? No!Finally, Dr. Dikranian was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. I have some kind of undiagnosed issue where, as a healthy, fit, and young adult, I often am unable to walk for any length of time due to severe pains in my joints. I am a professional musician, and the pain in my hands, elbows, and spine is so intense sometimes it is difficult to hold my instrument. The doctors diagnosis? Benign aches and pains. That was the extent for which he was willing to go to help me with my issue - he offered no solutions or suggestions, and he was not willing to develop an action plan for determining any further diagnosis.I cant believe a medical office could be so completely unprofessional and unhelpful. What a waste of time and money.

These bozos think their time is more valuable than the patients and have a policy where they want you to get a referral from another doctor first to be sure you really need a rheumatologist. Note that this is not an insurance requirement - just theirs.
