Great doctor, very patient & answered every question I had. He didn’t look impatient nor irritated that I asked a lot of questions. I felt at ease & not rushed even in Telemed! Facial expressions are now considered “good bedside manners” during COVID times.‼️ Dr. Kaufer is the epitome of a true good physician. He’s a mix of med management & directly involves his patients (how I felt in my experience). It is an interdisciplinary approach between patient-doctor-decision-making.
