December 9th 2020early morning by phone I had spoken to Rand Alnaimy and she was very helpful my initial call started with a rep at alpine offices and Lewis so kindly help direct me back to the fletcher Parkway location were I did a walk in and the greeting was very professional followed Covid orders we were all screened and had a seating distance then with only one or two patients in the lobby then it was my turn to see the optician and the reception was very polite.And direction to all my needs were fulfilled thank you West Coast Eyecare for your prompt response that I was not delayed in my eyecare.thank you.I wanted to add under the demand and with the Covid and also the threats from weather having no electricity both the Alpine and Fletcher Parkway optical centers to me met these demands promptly as was feezable I truly believe they did a rapid job to all whom they served.Thank you.and with my patients even my next appointment was made.

Placed a call for an appt...no one answered even though they were open. Leave a message for an apt. Very detailed. 4 days later I have to call them back as no return call from them. Gal that answered said she had a couple people ahead of me and could I hold i said ok. 36 minutes later the line clicks open I say hello and I hear two girls talking. My line is then clicked back on hold. Then a couple minutes later the line clicks open again, I hear one gal say to the other answer the phone and im hung up on. I call back and explain the events and tell them how unprofessional that is...gal then gives me a bunch of excuses that I tell her I dont want to hear. She then says I understand, let me put you through to my manager. I then proceeded to wait 20 full minutes for the manager and gave up. I would give this office negative stars if I could. After being an office mgr for 27 years I would have fired this gal for her audacious behavior towards a 15 year customer. Bad business.

Very bad customer service, no one answer the phone to get appointment, if they do, they will leave on hold for more than 30 minutes and hang up the phone. I would give them zero star.

Made appt 1/2 hour before got there and was told i had to wait 20 to 30 minutes! I have an injury that makes sitting hard. Terrible service
