The two staff members, one being a manager, Carmen, is a rude and disrespectful person. The other is Maria, she is a liar and a uncaring, mean, horrible person. I just cant believe the Administration would allow people to work with battered women who are ten times worse than their clients abuser. They treat you like you are beneath them. Such as theyre better than you. Yes, we need a place to stay while fleeing from our abusers, but Maria and Carmens abuse is far worse! They shield the upper management, so you can never get to them to complain, or at least tell them how their staff is treating people. Its a game theyve mastered so they can keep their jobs. I wish someone would videotape how they treat people and show it to the media, then maybe the Administration would know the truth! If they dont already know and are keeping them employed because they are to lazy to find good caring staff.

Center for Community Solutions has been so helpful and caring to my 3 kids and myself. they woek hard to woek aroind our schedule and my kids look forward to meeting with Korina every week.
