I called the COVID-19 department to speak with someone that can help with my case. I took Covid vaccine with them back in 06/12/2021. I was ordered to show approve of Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record. Unfortunately, Im not able to see my first Dose in the record but the second one was there. I called many time the were transferred me from one employee to anothe without fixing this problem. Disrespectfully, employee name Erica was disconnecting thecall on me any time I was calling.Very disappointed of them and their unprofessional behavior.Im moving my family to different healthcare

The doctors here are unprofessional always treat you with over counter medications. Half do their job. Never available to see you in person long wait time on the phone. To long of a lunch break for them. Case manager never put in referrals on time. I have to keep going to the hospital for treatment. I will be looking for a new and better primary.

So far my experience has been really good. They are punctual on seeing clients on their appointment time. Something Ive had problems with in previous clinics. They refer me to specialist and love that they not only texted me to remind me to schedule my appointment, but they also send me the specialist number and address which makes it much easier. Staff have been polite and helpful.Thank you ! :)

I’d like to be honest and share my experiences because I think they deserve this recognition. I have been to this location over 10 times within the last year. Every single time I go I can honestly say that I don’t have any complaints whatsoever. Everybody is super helpful and very patient from the people at the front desk, to the nurses and the doctors to the people in labs. I really mean what I say. I have never ever ever had to wait for what I felt was way too long to be seen, even in a room full of people waiting. They always hear me out and take my concerns very seriously and I have even walked in last minute and they still find a way to attend to my needs and my children’s needs. Most people take the time to write reviews when they’ve had some kind of less than great experience so here I am giving credit where it is well over due. Thank you so much to everybody who has helped me and my family over the last year with all of our situations, concerns and illnesses. And a special shout-out to Dr. John Lynn, you’re the newest and the BEST pediatricians my children have ever had. THANK YOU NHC in El Cajon

Since enrolling in my insurance plan I, out of convenience, chose Neighborhood Healthcare as my Primary care location. I was paired up with Dr. Green and I am so incredibly happy that happened. She is one of the best doctors I have ever been treated by. Professional, great sense of humor, efficient and straight to the point. I got more done in my last visit then I expected to accomplish in the next 6 months! Great Great Great!

I called and they said their computers aren’t working and that they’ll call me back not the first this has happened to me. Their workers suck but the doctor I see she’s amazing. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just call me back, the higher bored will hear about this.

I literally came in here WITH A MASK ON! and they’re going to tell me to take it off and give me one of there’s ! Why would I need to change masks if I already have one on ! That doesn’t make any sense especially when I had one on!

They mistook my urine test with someone else and they gave me wrong medication and I had to take it at the clinic before I know what they did I was victim they make me feel the worst days of my life.

Recently became new patient to this clinic but my experience was horrible. Made appointment with my primary doctor but the doctor assigned me to another doctor. Very unprofessional and unorganized clinic. If the doctors are unprofessional and changing appointments deliberately that’s not a way to treat people. I am not gonna trust my life with those doctors. One doctor prescribed me unwanted medications. The pharmacy was shocked and canceled the prescriptions.

I wont give it one star. My fiance moved here from Georgia and was on klonopin for twenty nine years and Sue Federson refused to treat her> She had two seizures and started hallucinating. She didnt care if she died. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. Reporting her to the medical board. It was unbelievable. Do not go here!!!!!!!

I took a COVID-19 test on Tuesday and they’re making me wait 10 days and still haven’t got my results. Every time I call them to ask them about my results they are rude and they keep telling me to wait. Would not recommend going to Neighborhood Healthcare!

Used to never have issues and I love the Doctors Ive encountered but I cannot get through on the phone. My medication is out and I need a refill and they are not responding to my pharmacy or online and I cannot reach someone by phone.

There are some nice and friendly people but they are slow on things and unorganized for example I called in to get something and they said yeah well tell the doc and we’ll take care of it and so I’m thinking you know he prescribed it but 10 days after I called wondering what happen it’s like I never called or mentioned or even asked for anything and some doc really don’t deserve to be there nor should have a doc title period.

I dont understand all the negative reviews. Ive found the doctors and staff to be helpful. My doctor is great. The lab techs arent terribly cheerful, but why do they need to be? Theyre professional and knowledgeable, which should be enough.

The Staff and Doctors at Neighborhood Healthcare in El Cajon are amazing. My Grandson has been a patient for 10 years and has had the best care. Dr Lynn is his Primary Care Physician and is very special and has always been kind and informative. The times we were unable to schedule an appointment with Dr Lynn we found the alternate Doctor to be the same. Tracy who has assisted the Doctor is great. Always gentle with kids and helpful to parents going out of her way to help when needed. Our family is thankful to be able to have such good care for our special guy. Thank you

Got appointment quickly they did my shots i didnt have to wait long time and top of that had program that covered the costs this place is amazing!

Office policy is to arrive 15 minutes early or you must reschedule. You have the option to switch to walk in appointment and wait for someone else to cancel. Best to arrive early for walk in before noon or right when they open at 8am.Staff is polite. Average cleanliness (though they could use some housekeeping for lobby).Very helpful in submitting orders for labs, other tests and new prescriptions during appointment.Suggest calling in 1-2 weeks ahead of time if you need a refill. Better to come in for appt for refill if you want it immediately. Their staff is slow to refill scripts even though I have been on the same medical regimen for about 5-7 years.

Been at this clinic for a about 3 years now, and although Ive had better service other places, they do the best that they can do with what they have. My current Primary care physician seems impersonal, but he gets me in and out in a timely manner.

I adore my primary care physician Dr Dorothy Liu. I have been seeing her for years and she is always on time and has helped me through many ailments and is always able to refer me to specialists that I need to see. I am so lucky to have her and the staff is so kind also. Thank you all.

Its pretty okay considering the price. The facility is clean and nice. The staff have all been competent and courteous. Its pretty crowded in the waiting room almost all the time and thats kind of a bummer but thats life.

Horrible place bad customer service even the doctors don’t speak English, nobody speaks English over there, and they are so rude, And nursing staff are all incompetent and when they call you in for an appointment, they even text to confirm and you show up, they havent scheduled you?! This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to! First we made an appointment for 10:15am and we showed up at 10:19am, only for the doctor to say he doesn’t have time to see my girlfriend(who is on crutches with a broken foot). We’re forced to make another appointment two days later at 4pm. We showed up at 3:46pm, and check in. After the clock hit 4:30pm, we asked what was happening?? Apparently, the doctor is running an HOUR late!! How special does Dr. Mold think he is?! Worst treatment I’ve ever dealt with in a doctors office. Negative stars if I could...

Neighborhood Healthcare clinic is the worst clinic that we ever had. They sent one of my family twice to a wrong hospital to do a health scan. The family doctor take at lease two to three months to see there patients even if the patients need to see the as soon as possible. Also, the receptionists are arrogant, they does not treat their patients nicely. I hope they will get better in the future.

I definitely wouldnt rate this as the best place to go at all. Staff and even the doctors, nurses are very rude and judgemental. Youre supposed to feel comfortable when seeing a doctor. My experience at this health clinic has not been successful and doesnt seem like any of the staff really care about their patients. Definitely would not reccomend this place.

My kids are forced to go to this place. Horrible horrible horrible doctor. Coming from Sharp Rees Stealy I was shocked at how awful this place was. I had read the online reviews so I figured it should be bad but I didnt realize just how bad. This was our first visit....Dr. Francis didnt even bother to introduce herself. Just barged right into the room & started listening to my daughters heart. A simple introduction would have been nice. She came in & out of the room multiple times probably shifting between my daughter & another patient, left the computer screen on with PII, asked my daughter personal mental health questions in front of me that I would think they would normally ask a parent to leave the room. Seriously a awful practice.Dr. Francis also said my daughter has to go to an adult doctor & didnt seem like she wanted to help or even see my daughter because shes 17. Apparently 17 is too old for her to treat.I will say the medical assistant was very nice & the front desk receptionist was friendly. Parking was ok. If I didnt have to take my daughter there for an important reason I wouldnt have because it was exactly what I figured it would be. Subpar.

They dont keep their appointment times, or dates. But I showed up 10 minutes late & they cancelled the appointment on me.One time had 11:00 appointment and was seen after 3:00. For a nurse appointment to draw blood, I waited over an hour and 20 minutes, before getting called in. It was that quick because I checked twice.The doctor wanted the Pharmacy to send request for prescriptions, that they never failed before. Multiple times.Had next available appointment was 4 months away, for an infection. Had to go to my old doctor, which the insurance does not cover.I have many medical issues, but you only can have the doctor do two at a time, and next appointment is three to four months away.I have a chronic cough, and the doctor hasnt done anything new in this last year, and that is one of the things I bring up.My last doctor started working on it, but the Insurance denied it, and the one for my heart, a cardio testing- specialist.My healthcare insurance sent me there, and I HATE IT.Last doctors office I had about 23 years.

12/27/18 I was at the neighborhood clinic in El Cajon And was the worest experience I have ever had at a clinic they were very rud And very disrespectful and I waited 6 hours to see the doctor then one of them said in a rud voice we are closed come back different day. My suggestion to any one that goes there or thinking about going there don’t it is the worest place you can go too very disrespectful.

Neighborhood Healthcare~ El Cajon is one of the worst clinics in San Diego. I been patients with this clinic for almost 3 years, and I can say that I never had a blessed visit. The front desk are very an organized, rude, and not qualified to work in a clinic. Everytime you need to do WALK IN or get LAB WORK you need to wait hours until you be seen. Doctors are nice, but you still need to see them couple of times until you get better. I highly recommend to Not go there.

OVERALL RATING: FIVE stars for;-Excellent customer service.-Excellent medical care.-Easy access location & parking.-Well maintained & clean building.-Onsite lab & xray.I *LOVE* this place!The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and compassionate. They also have trained staff that are fluent with different languages (& dialects). Very helpful! The location is convenient with plenty of free parking. It has a lab and xray department inside. The building is clean and up to date with technology. Wait time with an appointment is so minimal you shouldnt get too comfortable in the waiting room. Wait time without an appointment is a LOT better than most urgent care locations. Hours are convenient, providing easier access to medical care.RECOMMENDATION: Highly recommend!

If you like going for help where youre just a pay check to employees, and like to wait long periods of time,just to be sent home with no care and wait days and days for a referral tho youre in pain, and love to peice together thick accents. Then this is the place for you .i wouldnt take my worst enemy here .this place looks nice but is far from it .3 times i gave it a chance and Every time I have been treated as if Im at the bottom of their list of things to do now i want others to know this place is awful and to take your loved ones somewhere that genuinly cares for their paitents .

This clinic is staffed predominantly by people whose first language is not English. Unless you happen to speak the native language of the physician to which you are assigned (I am unsure of what the language is which seems to be commonly spoken by their staff), you may want to look elsewhere. I am in no way racist or biggoted, its just that in order to receive the best possible healthcare, communication is crucial. The clinic also has strict rules regarding exactly which prescription medications the staff physicians are allowed to prescribe, and even in the case of some medications which are available over the counter, they are limited to prescribing only a two weeks supply at a time. They do not allow the prescribing of any opiods, benzodiazapines, sleep aids, some antidepressants, and various other medications, under ANY circumstances. All that said, most of the staff at Neighborhood Healthcare are very nice, I just wish that I spoke the language, and that I wasnt forced to make a trip to the pharmacy every two weeks to pick up a prescription for antihistamines and ibuprofen.

I truly like this office. Ive always been treated with respect. Once there was a delay, and the staff made sure to let me know. Ive seen two different Nurse Practictioners and both have been great listeners and attentive to whats been happening with me. The MAs who take me back have always been nice, answering whatever questions I have. I would guess that those who arent happy with their treatment here arent able to get past their pain (and I totally get that) or are not nice themselves. It pays to be nice at all times. Imagine doing their job: They dont set out each day to ruin yours. Keep up the good work, ECHCC!!

My son, is forced to use this place as a primary care facility. Six months ago he had a physical with full blood panel. Dr. Told us everything was normal. He started to exhibit some crazy symptoms. Excessive urination, consumption of water and lost 17 lbs over 4 weeks. We took him to his doctor who told us to get him in the following week for a blood test. Fortunately, we took him to Sharp GrossmonT. They tested his blood with a simple finger prick. Had him hooked up to an I.V. and started treatment in 15 minutes from the time we entered the ER. The symptoms we gave the ER were the same symptoms that my wife gave Dr. Catherin. Apparently she has issues diagnosing children for life threatening problems. My son has been at Rady childrens hospital for the last three days and has type 1 diabetes. Which means his pancreas has lost all capacity to produce insulin. He was headed into Diabetic shock when he arrived at the Emergency room. Fortunately we had the instinct to get him to the emergency room. If your child is sick and told to go away get them to the ER. I wouldnt Take my dog to this place,

Everything is always screwed up everytime I go between missing paperwork or bad doctors. I just went for my ear pain and they said Im fine and just take ibprophen. I told him I cant take that meds and something Im sure is wrong. He argued and said take anyways. So I went to urgent care after and foundout I had an ear infection and bad migraine and needed a shot a drops

This place does NOT even deserve 1 star! I have not been to a place or been treated worse ever! My daughter was in a car accident & needed some pain medication. After dealing with the incompetent person at the front desk & the rude nurses (not sure thats what they were), I had to deal with the doctor (not sure if she was a doctor - didnt have a lab coat on, didnt greet the patient, she greeted me, didnt have professional clothing on & didnt introduce herself) I have never been to a doctors appointment where they greet the parent instead of the patient! After Dr. Francis jabbed at my daughters sore back (Ummm she was in a car accident!!!!) she said she would prescribe Tylenol! Yes just plain old Tylenol! Before I could come out of my shock she was out the door. The snotty nurse came back when I informed her that we needed something more than Tylenol. The doctor finally said she would prescribe some Tylenol 3. We got the heck out of there as soon as we could. When we got to the pharmacy, of course no prescription was called in. At this time today they have called 4 times & finally was told that the doctor has denied the medicine! Thanks for NOTHING Dr. Francis!!!! Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my work day for your lacking observations & lying tongue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
