Dr Gina is amazing she has helped me through two easy, painless pregnancies even adjusting the boys after they were born. she is highly skilled and is always working on her continuing education in pediatrics. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable doctor to help you through a holistic healthy pregnancy you have found the right doctor with Dr Gina !!! Inspire Life Chiropractic is amazing! I’ve been to multiple different chiropractors throughout the years, but Dr. Gina and her staff are by far the best. She gave me a treatment plan and after my first couple adjustments I noticed my overall energy improved, and physically felt better on a daily basis. I have recommended her to a number of friends of mine that all have positive things to say about her practice.

I originally heard about prenatal chiropractic from my mom who was seeing a chiropractor by the beach. I saw him a few times and didn’t feel it was the right fit for me and my growing family. That’s when I found Dr. Ginas office. Right away I knew her office was right for me, my experience was so different! She took the time to do an exam and history on me, which I never had before. She even has a special pregnancy table, how cool is that?! During pregnancy I never had the normal aches, pains, and symptoms other women experience. I was able to have three natural births under her care! I also take my kids to her too. Having my kids adjusted helped with their head tilts, nursing challenges, and occasional constipation! I treasure the whole family care we get here. She always takes the time to answer all my questions and she has provided me with knowledge to help raise my family to be happy and healthy. Forever grateful that Dr. Gina is a part of my family’s health team!!

The reason I went to see a Chiropractor is because my right side hip was hurting and bothering me during the day while walking. This place is looking to take your money first before caring for your wellness. I am 33 weeks pregnant and I came to DR Gina to get a few adjustments before I give birth and hopefully to get my hip opened that I can walk normally for the rest of my pregnancy. I went for two appointments and in both she adjusted me just a little bit that I will need to come back that same week. She uses a very aggressive sales method to make sure she is getting your money and you don’t slip away. At the second session she came up with a plan that I will need to get 24 treatments if I want to be well to give birth naturally. Not only that, she wanted me to sign a contract that I will be committed to this amount of sessions. This has caused me more stress than wellness which is what her services should about. I don’t feel that I have got the services I paid for. After seeing a different Chiropractor my hip problem was solved and he explained that my joint was locked. DR Gina didnt know to tell me this, she used fancy machines to make an impression but couldnt figure out that my joint was locked. I wanted to share this that before more people get hurt from this nonsense DR. I am sad and disappointed that in this field of wellness this is how people are being scammed.

Dr. Gina and the whole Inspire Life Office has truly been a huge part of my family’s well being. We found Dr. Gina while I was pregnant with my second, as she was breeched. All the adjustments helped her turn and allowed me to have a perfect natural delivery. Upon coming in my 2 year old son at the time had just got a cast taken off and limping severely. He also struggles with delayed speech, anxiety, and some sensory issues. He has seen her regularly now for a year and we have seen amazing improvements! We are so encouraged and continue to see incredible strides with his overall well being and mental health. The office had been so supportive during difficult seasons and offering health education, especially during sick seasons. I am so thrilled to be a part of their chiropractic care, Thank you!

This place will scam you, she is not a real DR - ask her how many hours of study and training she has the answer will be just the basics. She will test you on machines instead of her hand because she doesnt have the knowledge. I have been to many chiropractors because of injuries and she by far is the worst. Dont go here unless you want more pain then relief.

I had an adjustment visit today at Inspire Life Chiropractic with Dr Gina Caserma. My experience was tremendous! Her staff was caring, warm, friendly and came out from behind the desk to greet me and shake my hand. The office was very beautiful, comfortable, the furnishings were up to date and well organized. She specializes in caring for babies, kids and pregnant women. And she takes care of the adults as well.Ok, now for the adjustment part... She is amazing! I have had chiropractic care before so I know a good, great and amazing adjustment...This was amazing! She is confident, she is very specific in her analysis and her adjustments were...amazing! I could tell my body was out of sync and she was my first call! After my adjustment I felt great, I felt a sense of peace and more at ease in my body.So if you live in the San Diego east county area anywhere, this needs to be your chiropractic office!
